As a small company, TutorCruncher provides everything we need for virtual peer tutoring at a very affordable price. Our students are able to schedule with tutors who set their own availability. The lessons are all recorded and saved for our quality control. The team has been responsive to my questions and willing to hop on phone calls to help.

We’re really grateful for TutorCruncher — it has made it possible for us to work with so many amazing tutors and students, and it’s been a valuable part of our business as we’ve grown.

That said, there are a couple of pain points that stand out, and a few added notifications would be incredibly helpful for teams like ours. For example:
• A notification when a client completes their first session, so we can follow up and make sure everything went well.
• A notification when a client pays an AdHoc charge, so we don’t have to manually check accounts one by one.

Overall, we truly enjoy using the platform and appreciate everything it allows us to do. A few smart notification features would make an already strong system even more powerful and efficient!

Tutor Cruncher has given me a platform to scale without compromising any of my service quality. I met with multiple providers to test demos, however, the stellar customer service from Tony made all the difference. I felt confident to buy a full year because I had no doubt he was available, would support me, meet with me, and find solutions as needed.

TONY - he was absolutely amazing! We had an initial call with a different team member and almost didn't sign up. Luckily, we did and Tony has gone above any expectation. He's professional, knowledgable, very quick to return emails, follows up on all solutions, and it's a joy to work with him. Please, we'd love to stay with him a bit longer and not be passed off to an account executive.

TutorCruncher has allowed us to operationally stabilize as a tutoring company. We needed something easy for parents to use and for our tutors to use and of course for us to use - though TC is a big place on the admin side and there is a lot of clicks to accomplish tasks - its very intuitive and I feel confident in our operations. Overall, TutorCruncher has allowed us to grow our business and also focus on other areas that need attention.

TC staff is very attentive and helpful. They take calls and work to solve any dire issues and are always willing to help when they can. They are honest and hard working.

They have thought of so much on how to run a tutoring business. I'm always so impressed. This is the best platform for tutoring service and experience I could hope to find.

Do I have notes on the platform overall? Sure. Things could always be better and more in line with my company needs but they're not existential - and that gives me peace. This allows me to be the leader in my company I want to be.

I understand they cannot fix every case or adjust to every nuance of a business but they allow for the api to be open - we've done some really great add ons that have helped our company. And I truly believe the TC staff will work with us and over time make helpful changes to their system that make our company better which in turn makes their product better and in another turn everyone who uses them companies better.

Tutorcruncher is easy to use and the support from Raashi and via the Tutor Association is really good. Tutors like using it. It keeps everything clear and organised. I am so pleased that we went for it.

Tutor cruncher is a great website. It takes a bit of guidance to know how to use it but once you do it can do everything you need - including invoicing, booking lessons etc. It is really easy to access help if you need it.

TutorCruncher has improved our work flow and ability to centralise and streamline operations as a small tutoring business. The ability to schedule, invoice and reconcile payments all on the one platform is extraordinarily efficient. There are minor improvements that can be made in terms of integration with Australian taxation and super requirements for employees, making payment of multiple payments easier and creating a platform where tutors and students can communicate with each other and share resources and work.

Tutor Cruncher has so many automated features that truly help my business thrive. It’s incredibly user-friendly and easy to start using right away. When I contact the customer service team, the support I receive during scheduled meetings is excellent. My only wish is for more options for immediate assistance. Overall, it’s a great platform that continues to make managing my tutoring business easier and more efficient.

An amazing service provider with live chat available almost all day round.
