Amazing communication and very quick dispatch.
The items are described perfect to the description.
I'm very happy with the service and the customer care.
I would highly recommend turntable trader to anyone.

From start to finish 100% professional…great bit of kit! Coming from a vinyl DJ 😉

Absolutely brilliant! I honestly thought something had gone wrong with the delivery and was a bit panicky, however I was soon reassured, and everything was all good in the end, thanks all! You’ve made my 14 year old daughter a happy girl! Hopefully she’ll be the next Carl cox or Stu Allan thanks to you! 😃👍

Good communication. Controller was actually in much better condition than I was expecting.

Well recommended 👌

Having had over a decade of experience purchasing DJ equipment from various retailers, I had never come across Turntable Trader before. Naturally, when making a significant purchase, I wanted to do my research and make sure I was dealing with a legitimate and reputable company.

After looking into them, I couldn’t find anything to suggest otherwise. They were also by far the most competitively priced option, which made the decision to place an order much easier.

From start to finish, the experience has been exceptional. The communication has been the smoothest, quickest and easiest I have ever experienced from any company – not just within the DJ industry, but full stop.

I sent a message via WhatsApp and received a response within 10 minutes. This level of communication has been consistent throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, advised what would happen next, and delivered on every single thing they said they would.

The equipment itself is in exceptional condition. It is genuinely difficult to tell that it is second-hand, which speaks volumes about the quality of the products they offer and the care taken with them.

I am genuinely blown away by the service I have received from Turntable Trader. I will be coming here first for any future equipment purchases and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for DJ equipment.

A special shout-out to James and Pete, who have both been absolute legends throughout the entire experience. You have made what could have been a stressful, expensive purchase completely seamless.

Thank you again, Turntable Trader. You have gained a customer for life! 🙌

Excellent service from start to finish. I sold my Rane ONE to Turntable Trader and they arranged the courier collection, kept me updated and paid the full agreed asking price with no messing around or trying to knock the price down. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely friendly and helpful, especially over the phone. I’d happily use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling DJ equipment.

Service from start to finish was excellent . Equipment arrived and was not disappointed , well packed and in very good condition. Thanks guys great Service

Clear communication , stuck to delivery times . Also I was physically called by the team , which is re assuring in this day and age .

Really super to deal with. Found what I was after in the website. Got in touch and had photos sent over of the (used) CDJ-350 which really helped. Team were great. Product bought and shipped the same day. Received in excellent condition well packaged and works a treat. Fully recommend and would use again.

Good pricing and the cdj came in good time and in great condition. No complaints.. great service.

Bought a premium mixer and CDJ. They arrived well packaged and in great condition. The mixer especially looks almost unused. Very happy.

I have to admit, I was worried about the commitment. But these guys are reassuring, patient and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend them and I’d definitely use them again. So far I’m loving my CDJ that’s working as new as far as I can see.

Top sellers just what I wanted a good price

Really great product and fast postage, I bought “excellent” condition and was really pleased with them. Delivered safely and securely - would definitely use again.

Bought 2 decks and mixer from these guys everything arrived fast and was exactly as described 10/10

My purchase of 2 x Pioneer CDJ3000's and Pioneer DJM A9 mixer arrived in the original boxes and were packaged as if they had just left the factory. On inspection of the equipment; all I can say is that if I didn't know otherwise I would have thought this was brand new. Very happy with my purchase, will be using TT again and recommend 100%!
