I ordered three bridesmaid dresses from Tulle & Chantilly and they turned out beautiful! Sophie answered me all questions and helped me to choose right sizes! The dresses arrived within in one month and they fit perfectly. My bridesmaids love their dresses so much. Would recommend this company to my friends!

Do not use this company! Their return policy is ridiculous. You have two days to request a return, so good luck distributing dresses to your bridesmaids within 2 days. I sent my current measurements and asked to be sized up to a 6-8 month maternity (which they said they could do on the website) and they added THREE INCHES to the waistline of my current measurements. I requested a refund due to their inability to size up properly and they said "custom dresses are not returnable and it is unfair of you to ask to return it to us now". Unfair of me?! No, because of them I have to spend $80 on a skirt, and order an additional skirt from an American bridal shop who knows what they're doing, not a phony Hong Kong factory.

After placing my order I received an email that said they 'we will have to check if we have enough time to finish your dress'. I was not comfortable with this and canceled my order and purchased my dress somewhere else. They kept offering me a discount or rushed shipping and i continued to state that I am cancelling my order. After 2 emails confirming my cancellation my credit card was charged and they have not been in contact since. BUYER BEWARE!
edited 1 month later: My money was eventually refunded in full after I posted this review and reached out to their social media accounts. I was asked to remove this review however it is an accurate portrayal of my dealings with this company. I still wouldn't recommend.

The employees knew I had a deadline and responded promptly to all of myself and my bridesmaids' questions and got the dresses rush shipped and they arrived in 7 days !! Very pleased and satisfied with this company and would 100% recommend to use them for bridesmaid dresses.

I had been searching online for months for bridesmaid dresses and then I came across Tulle & Chantilly. I was a little anxious about ordering online however Sophie made the process so easy and I felt very comfortable in ordering from this website. Sophie excelled in her communication and fantastic customer service. The dresses arrived only a couple weeks after ordering and they were absolutely stunning! They were the perfect match to the colour swatches I had ordered in the beginning. I would highly recommend Tulle & Chantilly to anyone. You can definitely feel confident ordering through them. Great Service, Fast and Professional!
My experience with Tulle and Chantilly was amazing from the very beginning. Sophie answered all my questions promptly. The ordering process was easy and Sophie took it upon herself to double check all the measurements and details so that any mistake could be caught well ahead.
It took no longer than 3 weeks for the dress ( tulle skirt and top) to be ready and dhl shipping was so fast (2 days) that i received my order within 4 weeks.
The quality of the items are incredible, the top is soft and fits well.
The tulle skirt feels amazing and colour is truly beautiful even more so then the swatches i ordered. I love the three buttons detail in the back.

I would also recommend to order swatches before ordering a colour dress, as the screen pictures and the actual fabric may differ.
I was going to order the tulle in dusty blue, however after ordering the swatches for periwinkle, windsor blue and dusty blue; i decided that windsor blue was the colour i wanted and dusty blue was too dark for me.

I will definitely recommend this shop. Like i said the customer service was professional, prompt and knowledgable.

Overall, I had a great experience with this company! Sophie provided excellent communication throughout the entire process of ordering my dress. I ordered several swatches and they were all beautiful colour options. When I received my dress, the sizing was slightly off (the top was too big and the length was too long). However, Sophie was quick to respond and help solve the dilemma. I just wore my dress as a bridesmaid this weekend and received so many compliments! Thanks again!!

I was very suspicious of this company, as when I ordered color swatches from them, they informed me that they had run out of tulle and could send me chiffon and lining only. However, the swatches were of very good quality and included the tulle in the end. Despite the fact that I was clearly not happy with this, they were very polite and understanding and offered me a discount on dresses if I purchased from them. I ended up purchasing one of my bridesmaid dresses from this website - they were diligent in double checking all of the details of the dress, it arrived much sooner than I expected (within 2 weeks) and was packed very securely. The dress was more beautiful in real life than in the photos, and the quality was very good - it felt like they took it seriously that it was for a wedding and the details are important! As the bride, I actually wished that I could buy a dress like that too!

Sophie from Tulle and Chantilly was excellent to work with! The skirts came out beautifully for my bridesmaids and are great quality, she helped me organize the orders for my girls as they ordered separately, and everything arrived in a timely manner. Sophie was always pleasant and quick to respond to any questions - I would recommend them to anyone needing bridesmaids dress/skirts or for any other products!

Great service and great quality! I ordered a very specific style, color, and fabric bridesmaid dress. I received my dress soon after ordering it and way before the wedding date! It fits perfectly and is beautiful! Looking forward to getting all dolled up in it!

I was very lucky to find Tulle & Chantilly and ordered my bridesmaid dresses from them. Before placing the order, I contacted with Janice by livechat on their website and asked her many questions, she replied so timely :)
And Sophie re-checked all the details with me by email after I placed my order! It was such a good experience to work with their stuffs!
The dresses arrives so quickly and all of the dresses have turned out amazing, I will recommend Tulle & Chantilly to my friends, thank you so much for all the help for my wedding!!!

I did change my rating. They did reach out and offer to refund some of the cost of the alterations. I appreciate that gesture. However, even that process was drawn out and overly complicated. I personally still recommend going to a bridal shop, out of general principle, but if you have the time to pay very close attention to the details and allot time for alterations, tulle and chantilly does have some pretty dresses.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses for 2 separate weddings from this company.
Neither dress color matched the swatches
-One color was "sage" and the swatch was sage- the dress is bright mint green. The other was "wine" which looked like a beautiful summer red on the swatch...its burgundy. .
Sizing was WAYYY off.
- Basically had to have a seamstress reconstruct the dress.
- She said it looked like they put one size bodice on a different size skirt.
- Hem line was horrible. It was longer in front than in back. Another bridesmaid had hers hemmed as well (after giving them her measurements and hight - she's 5'1' BTW). The seamstress had to take 8 inches off of her hem, and had to re-hem mine so it was straight and didn't look like a 3 year old did it.
Took FOREVER to get the dresses.
- 1st wedding is in May (ordered both dresses at the same time). Ordered the dress is Novemeber, received it in April.
Customer service was terrible.
- When the first bridesmaid dress arrived for the bridal party, we realized the green was horribly off. Bride contacted customer service and was told we could not return the dress and the ones that were still "processing" could not be changed.
- It took 5 of the 8 bridesmaids repeatedly emailing the company to even get our dresses in time.

Theres a reason they do not allow reviews on their facebook page....this is it.
Save yourself and your bridesmaids a headache and worry- go to a braidal shop and get your dresses.
We all paid almost $200 per dress and they are so not worth the money.
Oh! And there are NO labels in the dress- no fiber content- no country of origin- no care instructions. NOTHING. Not even the brand logo.

Excellent customer service follow by Sophie, her words really trustfully . I pay the $ 20 extra just to be sure to recive the dress in time, and after 20 days I got it by DHL right at my home here in Costa Rica, I could follow the shipment with no problem.

We ordered the { Marsala Tulle Skirt for Bridesmaids } from Tulle and Chantilly after searching various places online. I was a bit hesitant about doing the online ordering (with needing to do our own measurements, and not being able to see it for quality), but the skirt was great. :) I emailed Tulle&Chantilly before I ordered with some questions regarding colours. They were helpful and really nice to work with. The skirt fit well and we are happy that we chose Tulle & Chantilly!

I ordered two dresses for my bridesmaids. They arrived in one month! The dresses look very beautiful and fit perfectly. The wedding is nearby and I am so excited!

The customer service is great! I received quick responses through email and they also notified me on the day my dress was suppose to arrive! My dress fitted nicely and looked exactly how it did in the picture displayed!

I NEVER give reviews, let alone bad ones... but I want every bride out there to be aware!!!

I am the maid of honor and ordered my dress before we ordered all the girls dresses (to make sure we liked it). Thankfully we did this!! It fit SO wrong! The sizing was beyond ridiculous. They may as well have had a three year old make it. I have never laughed so hard in my life at how poorly something fit.

First off let me say there are now 39 emails between me and costumer service. They are relentless! But so am I. I asked for a refund and they sent the automated "if you want to return it, please send it back, we will check it and then decide on your refund". ARE YOU STUPID?! No I will not send it back just to find out you won't give my my refund. May I say, they NEVER say when you order that if you want to return it, you may only get half of your refund only AFTER you've dealt with the worst costumer service of your life.

So, trying to work with them, I sent them pictures of the dress being measured and it's off by 3-4 inches in every direction! They emailed me back saying it's wrong and they still want me to send it back.

I finally gave up and told them I am reporting them fraud to my credit card company and all of a sudden of course they want to work with me.

I am not replying to any more emails... I am getting my money back through my credit card company. 39 emails between me and costumer service is BEYOND unacceptable.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT order from them. YOU WILL NOT be treated correctly in any way, shape, or form.

Ordered $1300 in bridesmaids dresses.
1. Fabric swatch I ordered does not match the color of the dress ordered
2. One dress is longer on one side than the other.
3. One dress is higher in the back than the front.
4. All of the dresses were customed measured and all came incorrectly sized. All huge.
5. Company is terrrible with responding to emails and is not offering a refund. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I recently ordered a "custom" bridesmaid dress from on Dec.20/2016. I followed all their measuring tips, watched their videos and had someone else measure me. I paid for the dress and received it 2 weeks later. The dress did not fit, the top was too large and the bottom too small. Like they reversed the sizing or something. I reached out saying it didn't fit, she got back to me saying the measurements were correct and said I should have it altered at a local seamstress. She also suggested I would pay to send it back to her, then pay $100 for her to fix it and pay to have it sent back to me.

I asked for a refund or something back considering they didn't make the dress I needed. They said no, it was custom and they wouldn't be able to re-sell it. None of which is mentioned before you order a custom dress. In end, I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit, had to buy another one, and was refunded "$20 USD". Awful service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
