Great quality food, treats etc. free gifts were a lovely suprise. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company. Planet friendly products as well.

We were getting desperate with our 9 month old cocker spaniel as she was getting so fussy and wasn’t eating any food we put down for her except treats! We stumbled across Tuggs and we’ve not looked back! Our pup sits where her bowl is waiting for breakfast and dinner, cleans her bowl in what seems like seconds! She loves it and a huge relief for us!

Due to an issue with the brand of food I had for my dog previously I had to make a change and I was concerned. Frankly I needn't have been as pretty much since day one every variety of Tuggs has been consumed with gusto! The ordering process has been easy , the website easy to navigate and the whole experience has been great. I have s very happy Dalmatian

I came across Tuggs by accident after an unfortunate experience with another brand, but I’m so glad I did.
Ted is a fussy little pooch & I have a collection of high quality foods that I think I’ve cracked it with, only for him to lose interest after a few weeks.
Not the case with Tuggs! A month in & he still sits at my feet eagerly awaiting his meal & it makes my heart sing watching him tuck in & lick his bowl clean (anyone with a fussy dog will know that’s not an exaggeration).
I am very careful about what I feed Ted having done lots of research, & discovering the rubbish that large corporations charge big money for, that can shorten our dog’s lives. Makes me so cross.
Tuggs is super quality and excellent value for money. They are more than happy to accommodate a mixed diet plan like I use for Ted with 50/50 Tuggs & his cold pressed kibble.

Great - my dog clears the bowl every time. As a labradoodle, she has a delicate system - her poo is significantly better and that makes everyone’s life easier. Former butternutter…

One small irk, because we should be honest - you need a decent freezer space to keep the food in, but that’s the only minor constraint. Otherwise perfect.

I have recently changed to Tuggs dog food and what a good decision that was, my dog absolutely loves it. There is a good selection of meals and we have tried them all, the cod crew is a favourite. The customer service is excellent, the website is easy to navigate and very simple to make changes to your plan. Delivery is superb with updates to let you know your 1 hour delivery slot.

My dog loves Tuggs. It looks and smells lovely, not a lot of obvious fat compared with other fresh/frozen dog food. Good website and easy ordering, I would definitely recommend.

I changed my little Bella to Tuggs from Years. She absolutely loves it ! She plants her face in her bowl each time. She also does a bouncy happy dance after she finishes each meal as if to say that was sooo yummy !! 😋

Recommended by years and was worried my dog wouldn’t like it but she loves it, have brought 2 orders so far and she hasn’t turned her nose up at any of them.

My dog likes the food. Also, the follow-up call from the small customer service team was a lovely touch.

I had to switch dog food quickly following the years recall. I tried a few fresh frozen brands and Tuggs definitely came out top in terms of doggy satisfaction and value

I have been feeding tuggs for almost 6 weeks now and I am really happy. No more red paws, gunky ears and the poops are brilliant too.
I was feeding fresh before so was a bit concerned about it being frozen- but it’s surprisingly really easy to manage and has much much less packaging which also a huge bonus as my recycling bin is nowhere near as full as it used to be!
My dogs absolutely love it. I’m so happy I switched brands x

After the years recall I was struggling to put Rosie on food. She was having allergy and skin sensitive flare ups. Poorly tummy. And then came along Tuggs. Yummy recipes which calmed her flare up!

We had the same issue others have mentioned on here…

I ordered a trial, which automatically signs you up for a subscription, although unethical and not obvious this would happen, I went back to check.

Trial ordered on the 7th, when I went back into my account I found that I had indeed been signed up for a subscription, so I cancelled it on the 10th.

I received an email confirmation of my trial on the 7th, and some marketing spam later, but no other emails or messages have been revived from Tuggs, in either my inbox or spam folders…

…until 2am today where I received an email to say that my next order was on its way, an order I never made as my subscription was cancelled.

Luckily I paid via Amex who are investigating for me.

I will now be giving all information to the ombudsman, as this clearly goes against trading standards.

I have logged back in and cancelled again this morning, not that it appears to do anything.

Tuggs are now blocked from taking any further payments.

Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

I accept Tuggs is a subscription service, I already acknowledged that. As stated I originally cancelled it the day after the trial on the 10th, you sent the next order out on the 14th, how much notice do you need?!

As for your reminder emails, I never got these, funny how the other 1* reviews never got them either, I suggest you check your system.

You’re right, I did cancel my subscription at 9:42am, this morning, AGAIN after it miraculously made itself live again, I have also now put a block from Tuggs on my account, so when you try again next month it won’t work.

“Our customer service team has already provided you with the relevant evidence”your message isn’t evidence, evidence is things like screen shots, emails etc. All of which have been sent to my bank and the ombudsman with you copied in.

My email service provider has confirmed no other emails from Tuggs have been sent to my email address (that has also now been sent on to the bank and ombudsman)

My bank has already responded in my favour, so this is now between you and them. Best of luck, I suspect you’ve just sent us some free food, if you’d like to collect it you have my address, I won’t be using it.

I was told about tuggs from years and my dog absolutely loves the food, she rushes to the bowl as soon as she knows it's there and really enjoys it. The signing up process was so easy and I love that there's free gifts etc, I haven't looked back now.

Our dog has been on Tuggs for 2weeks now. He is a mixed breed, 12 year old dog who does tend to have issues with stool consistency at times. However, on Tuggs he has had no problems and he really enjoys the food.

A great Years alternative for those looking to switch. A straight swap from Years and no stomach upset or issues as yet. Isla wolfs it down (but she's a Beagle - so always does with anything 😂)
