I sought guidance on how to make first steps toward creating a new home in Canada, and Tudor House provided clear, practical advice on how to proceed. The free discovery call was reassuring and greatly appreciated.

Tudor House has always made the process clear and much less intimidating than it seems. Chris is a professional and detail oriented. He also doesn't charge for every single detail which has made me feel like is willing to give value to his clients. He has very clear and concise structured processes that produce results and that is why I continue to use Tudor House.

The consultant called 5 minutes late and didn't give alot of advice. It felt like he was just done with talking a couple minutes into the call and I had to try to dig for more. There was little elaboration or resources given and it was very basic advice. I didn't learn anything new from it. Supposed to be a 15 minute call but it ended in around 5 minutes. It felt like the consultant just gave up on me right from the start.

Some constructive advice for the consultant: try exploring more options, even unconventional ones with the client, help them to think outside the box. Have more resources on hand so that even if you can't help, you can leave them with other options to check out. And even if you can't help, at least be more empathetic and show them that you're trying really hard to find a way with them. You have to make the client feel like you genuinely want them to succeed person-to-person regardless of your professional position.
