Great service, but its hard to get a hold of costumer service, especially via phone.

Easy to Complete
I think the process was relatively easy to complete our expat wills. Customer service was great, we received very prompt advice on our wills when we requested it. I will only be able to tell you if the wills work after I am dead and then I don't suppose I will care!
Our minds are now at rest, we can concentrate on living for a lot longer now!

It was a very straightforward process…
It was a very straightforward process to produce our new wills, with all of the questions laid out very clearly. It is also worth pointing out that our UK solicitor was asking for £710 to produce codicils to our original wills, for my wife and I as opposed to our new ones at c£62!

However, we ALWAYS call people back, usually within the hour, if you left us a message. We also reply to emails, usually within the hour if you opened a ticket with us.
To resolve this issue, we will email you directly. I see that you have logged into your account 9 times, and you logged in today. So we need to figure out what you mean by "can't access the website".
