Very good customer support and quick replies! I received the adjustable knee sleeves I ordered but they were too big and I needed a L not an XL. They quickly responded and told me I would be taken care of and could get a replacement! Thanks Guys!

I was so excited to get my my knee supports they work really good they were just too tight I notified the company and they have been so great customer service usually is not that good but this one here they got right back to me several times asking me all the questions that I needed and now they're going to send me a Larger size I had ordered the medium but I think I should have ordered the large I just want to thank this company for being so upfront with me

I received knee brace yesterday but it was the wrong size. I wanted XL but I received a S size.
I immediately contacted the company and they promptly followed up with an email saying that I had ordered S. I looked back at the confirmation email I received and it did show I had inadvertently ordered the S. So this was my fault. If I had carefully read the confirmation email I would have seen the error. At that point I would have contacted them. And based on their prompt response to this, I know it would have been corrected.
I still haven't been able to use it, but they are certainly willing to stand by their product.
After I receive the correct size, I will write another review. So far, they have been wonderful to deal with.

I ordered a medium Knee sleeve, but unfortunately it didn’t fit, so I reached out to request an exchange for a smaller size. The support team was very helpful and responded quickly, offering to arrange the exchange ASAP. The process was easy and hassle-free, and I really appreciated their prompt and friendly service. I received my knee brace and I noticed that I ordered the right size but the wrong leg. I wore the brace to bed anyway but did not tighten the strap on the side. My knee pain was nonexistent and I got a great night sleep for the first time in months. I contacted the customer relations and the are going to send me the correct brace for my right knee at no charge, you can't beat that.

My two items arrived and upon checking i had ordered an incorrect item. I contacted Peakflex and they were extremely helpful and sorted tge issue straight away.
The one item I was able to use, a right leg Large knee support, so far has been superb and given much needed relief. Highly recommended.

Can't really say any thing right now because we have no product to compare too.

I had an issue with the sleeve rolling down and they sent me a free replacement in the next size up. Issue was solved quickly and I am eager to try the new sleeve.

Sizing is my only issue. I ordered the largest available (2XL) and wore them for one day. They seemed to help some, but were too small. Customer service has offered to replace them at no charge, but I'll need a bigger size. If there isn't a 3X, I'm going to ask for a refund.

Plus: Seems like a good product, C/S is responsive.
Minus: Sizing

The knee sleeves were too small. When I reported this & requested a refund & shipping label, I kept getting excuses, other options, etc. Finally after 6 responses & 6 replies. I was told product would have to ship to AUSTRIA at a significant cost to me, That Was followed was an offer to refund less than 50% followed by another email string before a resolution was done.
