order online from peak health research told money out of my account for 3 Jan's of magnesium freeze but never received my 3 jars like product don't like not getting my product looking into filing claim with Missouri attorney general on scamming people

Never received the product, but they billed me for three bottles. Sent three emails complaining and called Peak Customer Service. The representative was cordial and understood my problem. She offered a solution to my problem and said she would send a tracking number. The short of it....nothing ever arrived.

Great product that really seems to do the job. The menthol scent is pleasant without being overpowering. It doesn't take the pain away entirely, but it definitely helps ease it. I'd recommend this cream. I've only been using it for three weeks so far, and a jar lasts me about a month, though I do apply it generously. I have a dual-sized facial roller that I use to roll the cream onto my hip instead of rubbing it in by hand. It works great that way, and it just feels better too.

I saw an ad online for magnesium freeze saying it helps with hip pain so I decided to try it. I got 3 jars to start with. Every morning I wake up with aches on the right side of my hip, it's hard to explain. So I put some on in the morning and it lasted about 2 hours. But it definitely worked. My hip felt 'looser' and not as tight. I'm going to keep trying it but so far so good.

I purchased 15 bottles of the Magnesium Freeze on April 16. At the time I was told there was a money back guarantee if we weren’t satisfied with the product. After using it for a few weeks a couple times per day we determined it wasn’t doing anything to ease the pain so I called Peak Health to ask about returning it. The person I spoke to said there is a 180 day guarantee so I decided to give it some more time. By the first of June and still no relief I called again and told her I wanted to return the bottles, she asked how many bottles did I use and I told her four. She instructed me what to do to return them and said once they received them they would process a refund of $359 (what I paid) and it would take 7 to 10 business days to see it reflected in my account. That was June 1st, it’s now June 17 and no refund has been posted. I called again today and spoke to the same woman I spoke to on the 1st. This time she said there was a refund posted today and to wait again the 7 to 10 business days for it to be reflected in my account. But this time she stated that the refund was only for the 11 bottles I returned and not for the full purchase price of $359. I told her that’s not what I was told when I purchased them or when I spoke to her on the 1st of June. So now I’ve got another 7 to 10 business days to wait and see if they refund the $240 that she said I would get back. So the money back guarantee really isn’t what they claimed at all and I wouldn’t be surprised if I don’t see anything at all. All this is really frustrating because it makes you feel like you’ve been played and if that’s not bad enough the cream that cost me $120 for 4 four ounce bottles is worthless. I experienced no relief whatsoever from this miracle cream of theirs. All I can say is if you’re thinking about giving this stuff a try because you’re dealing with pain every day, DON’T! It’s a scam.

Do not recommend, this company sent me 3 products I never ordered cost me $119. They didn’t want to refund me but 50% at first. Are you kidding me I never ordered it in first place.. so they are stealing from me? I said my attorney is my next door neighbor and don’t mind grabbing him, SHASH, the dumbass women behind the telephone quickly change that to 100% refund, but I still have to payment for shipping back to them. Also to top it off I was subscribed to preoccupying $119 payment every 90 days. Like the F is this shit. This has never happened and the fact that they didn’t even have the intention of giving me my money back was the sketchiest and sure reason for a companies forever downfall. Maybe it was the girl on the phone, SHASH, so watch out she’ll pocket you out of money if she can! I hope everyone who visits there website doubles checks what you do because before you know it you’ll have 3 magnesium freezes at your door and a reoccurring 90 day subscriptions and left to deal with a girl who has no integrity. Update. I received ann email saying they are reversing the charge.
Ordered one bottle of their magnesium product today and made sure when ordering i turned down their “special offers” for more product as I just wanted to try it. Got an email confirming my order and along with the one bottle they charged me $179,91 for 9 more bottles. Tried calling them and was put on hold forever so sent an email to their help desk. If I don’t hear back from them I will file a dispute with my credit card company.

I purchased one bottle. It really didn't help me much but I was going to let that pass UNTIL I got another bottle that I didn't realize I had agreed to.
I want to return all of the products since it is within the 180 day window BUT their phone number doesn't work and the only option is to send an email (which I did). If I don't hear from them I will start a dispute with my credit card.

I suffer from severe sciatica pain , I am 64 yr old male. Hard worker my whole life. I am on no medications and have always gone the holistic route with my health. Anyway after years of dealing with severe pain from sciatica. I saw magnesium freeze from peak health research, and being very skeptical I decided to give it a try, I didn’t like the buy 6 and get a discount etc. and usually never buy anything if you have to signup for auto ship before you even try a product. But something told me to buy one jar. And I thank God I did. As soon as I received it I rubbed some cream on my severely hurting hip and back and within 20 minutes I was walking pain free. It lasted only an hour . So I put more on and 13 hours later still pain free, this is only day 3 that I have used it, I put on in morning and at night so far and today I worked putting up a redwood fence for 7 hours straight have little bit of back stiffness and pain , but I went from walking with severe pain. To zero sciatica pain and it all started from 1st time I applied the cream. I will definitely keep trust pilot updated monthly to see if it continues but to have 3 days pain free when the last time I was pain free from this sciatica pain was years ago.
