DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Order no. Healray 1685. I ordered their product, costing £80.00 on 22 April. They then emailed saying it was dispatched. They then emailed saying only part of the order was coming. I tracked the order. It had been mis-addreesed at source. (NB The product is shipped from China, not US). The product did not arrive at all and the UK shipper, Amazon shipping, said it had been returned. I contacted them. After multiple emails got a single line reply saying 'I suggest you contactr shipper.' I have emailed multiple times since then and they have not answered, although I have received many spam emails from them. I have asked for my money back and they have not answred.
My malware blocker tells me not to go to their company webisde.
AVOID this dispreputable company at all costs.

Finally received my product
Update to review finally received the heal ray gel today 6-2-25 ordered on 4-21-25. In my opinion that is way to long of a wait time...for a product from the USA.

I had bad experience with this company!!! First of all I paid for priority shipping, but got my order after 3 weeks! Gel was out of stock, and they supposed to send me refund, which I never get! After 2 months I received this gel, but manufacturing date was 2026! When I scanned QR code, nothing was showed up!!!

The date might be a typo error. You are referring to the expiration date of the gel. We will double check and fix that asap.

Product not received as promised
My wife ordered healray gel on April 22nd. System told her that it would arrive by May 1st. System updates on order are not informative. No location information. No reply from Healray on status inquiry. Finally dowliaded an app to find they say it was delivered 2 hrs ago. IT WAS NOT. This is a SCAM 5/11/25.

I have to give a big shoutout to Jon from customer support team of HealRay. He was soooo nice and replied immediately. Great experience! As for the device itself, it’s top notch... I can feel the quality right away. Lightweight but sturdy, and it fits comfortably in the mouth without feeling bulky. It’s only been a few weeks, but already noticing less sensitivity!
