I bought two of these red light packs and they both arrived with empty gel so I thought- but after receiving a professional email response from manager who finally took care of issue. He asked to keep twisting it which I did for a few mins until finally some liquid came out of one of gel pens. these are not your usual twist a few times and liquid comes out you literally just have to twist 20 plus times or a few mins until something comes out. The other one did not work but manager took care of it. Still love the red light therapy device just inconvenience due to situation with gel pen

My experience with my initial purchase has been a mixed bag. The actual product was shipped and arrived in good time, i've been using it for around a month, can't fully say I think it works but might need more time.
Unfortunately when I purchased I was back and forth with customer service trying to figure out why I'd been charged £77 on top of £84 for the device itself. This was because of an add-on gum gel which i'd specifically chosen a single and it came to about £12, but for some reason i'd been charged £77. Customer service response was good and they said they had actioned a refund on their end. However, that refund never came and I was still waiting a month later. I ended up having to lodge a dispute via my bank so they could chase up the refund on my behalf. Thankfully my bank is excellent and has given me the amount whilst they deal with getting money back from HealRay. Pretty slack in terms of something so simple like processing a refund for something I hadn't ordered in the first place.
Wouldn't recommend given the refund hassle and that i've not really noticed the benefits from the product.

So, I would have given a higher rating, but since I'm still waiting for my refund, I cannot. This may work for some, but it wasn't the product for me, as it actually made my gums hurt after 10 days of use. When I stopped for 48 hours, the pain did as well. Contacted customer service, and while they did try to suggest using it longer, they did go ahead and send my label to start the return. Was shipped back on the 8th, received by them on the 15th (thanks, Informed Delivery), but here it is the 19th, and still no refund. I will give it until the end of next week, and then plan to dispute with my credit card company, as the product was returned and they have a 60-day money back guarantee not being honored. Guess I should have trusted these reviews a bit more.

Not a very good reply since your page still shows "return in progress." Sounds like a generic reply and I'll never see my money unless I fight the transaction.

I expected it to be another gimmick, but it’s proved itself. The discomfort is down, and my gums look noticeably healthier. Using it daily has paid off.

Dr Natalia is a fake. Check out all her profiles and you will notice what I am talking about. The face of healray needs to be sued for false claims.

I bough this product in August 2025, used it for about two weeks until it stopped working. It’s hard to say whether the device did what it’s promised or not as the quality of the device is very poor.
I have placed two requests to replace or refund my purchase through the official website but never received an answer.
The customer service there a poor quality too.
As such I won’t recommend purchasing Healray device. Though I presume that the technology can work and advice to try another reliable brand instead.

I started using the red light device a few weeks ago, and it’s already reduced inflammation and firmed up my gums. It’s quick, easy, and effective.

I tried the product for over a month with no noticeable results, so I requested a refund based on their advertised 60-day satisfaction guarantee. While I did receive the refund, I want others to be aware that you’re required to pay the return shipping cost — about $10 — in order to send the product back.

In the end, I wasted my time and an extra $10 on something that didn’t work for me. So please think carefully before purchasing.

I don't know how good or otherwise their product is but I'm not going to give it a chance and here's why. After I purchased the item online, they went for a money grab to have you pay 29 more dollars to get a special super duper gel for your gums, which to me was a total turn off. So immediately, I contacted them to cancel my order, but the next morning they told me I couldn't because it had already shipped and that was not true by any means. The package did not ship at the time of this writing for at least 2 1/2 days and I had paid for expedited shipping. Once the product is eventually received, I will send it back for a refund and also retrieve what I paid for expedited shipping. I will pursue a red light gum therapy device with another supplier.

The redlight therapy with the gum gel is truely working for me as my gums are much more solid. as before , i had problems for a long time and was getting much worse , but this has truely put the brakes on for me. Im so glad i took the gamble and what a great decision ive made. It takes a few weeks for you to notice the difference and i knew it dont work straight away. You got to give this a chance to work and working for me it now has. I know it dosent grow gum loss back but it stops any further recession and stops swelling and bleeding. The nano tooth brush i think is only for the gums but not the teeth as it wore down very quick so i use another brush for the teeth. I highly recommend

I saw the bad reviews on here before I made my purchase regarding the fake companies trying to imitate the real company.

So I made sure to order directly from the real website that they have mentioned on Trust Pilot was the verified one and also made sure to check that the customer support email on this same website was the real “verified” support team email that they have disclosed in some responses to their Trust Pilot reviews.

I did everything I could to make sure I was ordering from the real company that claims they ship from California.

Now I have received my tracking ID that says it’s shipping from China… ?

What is happening HealRay?

Is it true that your products are “designed” in the US and then shipped from China?

I'm actually very pleased with the red light therapy device and have had no problems whatsoever. I've been using it for just over a month now and my gums are definitely looking and feeling better. I've just ordered the toothpaste so I'm looking forward to trying that when it comes.

A further update for those in a similar position to me. They finally are responding via email but are now trying to convince me that they dont have my details on file - trying to gaslight me that I purchased from somewhere else!

I have provided them proof of purchase which was good enough when they were trying to bribe me to remove my previous reviews but suddenly they're saying I didn't purchase from them? They have no intention of ever giving any money back to their customers.

I'm so glad to see their rating go down on Trust Pilot over the last 6 months from 4+ all the way down to 2. I hope it continues to go down so that potential customers are readily warned that they are SCAMMERS headed up by a scam artist dentist Dr. Natalia Ratmiroff.

It's beyond ridiculous that it is this difficult for them to hold themselves to account!

Ordered red light therapy device from healray.org — received blue light device in a plastic bag, not as described, when I contacted them and "Stine" used typical gaslighting and denial techniques (take a look at their answer!) to make me believe I've never ordered from them despite the proofs. Now they have given me a bogus address to send the package back.

I purchased the HealRay on September 19,2025 and the item never arrived. When I tried to track the order on their website it came back that the order number is invalid. I emailed and called customer service to be told that my package was lost because the address was incorrect. They asked to send them again my mailing address and they will reship the HealRay. They never did, they never provided a new order number and a shipment tracking number. On 10/11/2025 I asked them to cancel the order and issue immediately my refund. It’s 10/23/2025 and they have not issued my refund. When asked to send me the date when the refund was issued along with the refund transaction number they told me they don’t have it. To get my refund I have to file several complaints with Consumer Affairs, BBB, and other US business agencies to stop this company from scamming people.
DO NOT buy anything from this company. HealRay, It’s a SCAM! They won’t ship the item and they won’t give you the refund.

Update-10/26/2025
I have contacted my credit card company. They couldn’t find any refund transaction in process from HealRay coming into my CC account.
Also, I asked HealRay customer service to provide with the refund transaction number and the actual date when the refund transaction was initiated. They had not provided any refund records because they never initiated the refund of $79.97 back to my CC. HealRay it’s clearly a Scam!!!!

Update-11/03/2025
It has been 22 days since I requested my refund on October 11, 2025, and HealRay has still not refunded my $79.97. I have called and left multiple messages, and I have also emailed them regarding my refund, but they have not responded. I have no product and no refund.
HealRay it’s a SCAM!. Avoid this company at all costs to avoid getting ripped off!

Have not received any refund from the so called “HealRay”. The refund was requested on 10/11/2025, which is 40 days ago.
HealRay has not responded to my phone messages or emails.
My CC company can’t track any incoming refund from HealRay bc the refund was never initiated by HR.
This is definitely a SCAM!
Do not order anything from “HealRay” bc you will definitely loose your money!
These are professional SCAMMERS!

I have problem with my gum and cause my teeth loosing. Dentist always referred to extract 3 teeth. Of course I didn’t listen I meet many people at work (Amazon) how can I smile! I ignore almost a year and hard to chew or eating because loosing teeth.
