I was experiencing log-in issues so contacted Trust ID. I received an email response from Blessing, who was very helpful and manually re-set my log-in. I was therefore able to access the system quickly again. With thanks.

I met with Ruth, and she was very responsive throughout our email exchanges. She was also helpful in ensuring I received the correct information I needed. In addition, she followed up with an email after our meeting.

Biggest load of rubbish ever. Three times in the last two years I have tried to get myself verified and three times I've had an email requesting verification. No more. I will come to your office in Reading and you can sort it then.

Gets to the upload screen and then dies - no option to upload or refresh, just to restart and commence the loop again.

It was my first time using an online ID verification, and what a shocking experience it turned out to be. Maybe my poor connection, small camera, and bad lighting were partly to blame, but TrustID never informed me of the issues—something that should be easy for an AI service. I uploaded hundreds of photos and made many video clips that never completed, and even when they did, the encrypted image identification wouldn’t upload. Six hours of my time completely wasted.

The worst IDV app I've ever used. If you want to keep your customers don't choose these cowboys

Kristine was very helpful. Helped out with an issue, and it was resolved promptly. She explained everything very well and gave me a lot of detail on resolving the issue I was having!

User-friendly, quick results and reliable. You just need to have the documents needed on hand for submission.

The platform is straightforward to use, both for our team and for applicants, and the integration into our onboarding process has worked smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Ruth emailed us ahead of our credits get short as a good reminder that we needed these topped up. Excellent communication and rapid response.

This is a great system for running checks. Straightforward to use, quick and efficient. The Customer Service Team provide excellent support and guidance with questions and helped me to easily navigate through any queries I had. Thank you.

This app is one of the most infuriating apps I have ever used. The developers should be ashamed. Why it doesn't recognise a valid uk driving licence and council tax bill is beyond me. I just hope it wasnt tax payers funded.

Absolute waste of time does not work. Tried for over an hour on my android phone to upload my passport photo. At first used Firefox, but then realised this piece of garbage app does not like Firefox. OK so used Google Chrome then which is what they say it works on, and still not working. Comes up with an error code about low memory on phone which is not the case at all. It's just a worthless app that does not work. Any company using it as their go to checking service should look elsewhere.

FINALLY got it working using a tablet but what a mess around that is. I think it took about 5 times just to try and get your face in the oval, hold a pose and pray whilst that scanned you.

For anyone trying to use this system (especially older people or people with some disabilities) it would be a nightmare for them.

Took over an hour for the app to work properly, then when the scan of my passport was confirmed as successful on the App, the end user said they did not receive it from Trust id and I now have to do a face to face id check, which is time consuming and not convenient. Trust id App is not fit for purpose from my experience.

15 attempts to go through the process, telling me in the end there is ,no document with the photo' (which one ? a proof of the address), reaching selfie - last phase and no verification.
Time for the UK government and so us, taxpayers, to have our personal data stored safely, with just state official body, in the official register, with a simple, quick and official verification of the address, the identity, CRB and citizenship/visa/residency. Like in the rest of the developed world, rather than selling our data and being at mercy of poorly developed technology.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience using TrustID. The system failed to verify my legitimate passport, causing delays in finalising my employment offer. Despite submitting authentication confirmation, the matter remains unresolved.

As a legal migrant who has complied fully with all documentation requirements, this process has been unnecessarily distressing and emotionally draining. Identity verification systems should be reliable and efficient, especially when people’s employment and livelihoods depend on them. I hope TrustID urgently reviews and improves its verification process to prevent others from experiencing similar hardship.
