Do not buy from this company.
I’ve just received an email requesting a review of this product - I originally posted a 1 star review last year after waiting for almost a month with no delivery. I eventually received my order about 8 weeks after I originally ordered it. I wouldn’t amend my review and increase the stars like others have as it’s misleading to other potential customers. This company is clearly run by some nasty individuals- they can’t update their website to correctly inform customers of how long it takes, nor can they reply to emails, but they CAN take the time to dispute when people try to rightfully claim money back as they’ve been mislead. I think they just think they can carry on operating like this so I’ve made sure to share my bad experience as far and wide as possible and reported to trading standards.

My first order did not turn up and I requested a refund which I received.
I stupidly ordered again a year later and the exact same thing happened. The updates say the order is on its way with Royal Mail but Royal Mail tracking states it’s never received by them.
Having waited I have again cancelled my order and await a refund.
I shall not be ordering again from this company.

Do not buy from this company. Wish I had read these reviews firsts and not trusted the ones on their website. Placed an order via the Truffle & Paw website, received an order confirmation stating two weeks for delivery. But the dog tags have not been received. Order confirmation email states you can cancel anytime, but there is no link to be able to cancel on the website. I am now looking into recover the payment through my bank.

Ordered a personalised dog tag on the 7th of June. Website advised processing within 2 weeks. After waiting over 3 weeks, I emailed for an update and received no response. I then emailed to cancel and request a refund before dispatch, again with no response. Several weeks later I received a dispatch notification despite having requested cancellation. I have since emailed again to cancel and am still awaiting a reply. My main concern is the lack of communication throughout the process. Do not buy from here

Took over one month and two chaser emails before it was dispatched.

Four weeks since ordering and no goods received and no response to my enquiry. Overall an appalling service. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt despite the reviews as I hoped the quality of the item would negate the wait. However, to wait over 4 weeks for an item the company took immediate payment for is unacceptable. I have requested a full refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER - Order never received from supplier, purchased over a month a go - no responses to email chasers. I have now raised it with my bank who are sorting it from the financial perspective. But this all seems very dodgy. I do not trust this website - do not give them your money or details!

I ordered a dog tag two months ago, having had a good experience previously, and am still waiting for it as well as replies to emails and reports asking where it is.
But the kicker is - I raised a dispute with my bank, and Truffle Paw have contested it! Despite no product being received, no tracking info and no replies to any attempts at communication.
Website perpetually says they are in the process of being restored at Companies House but they are still listed as dissolved. Absolutely shocking to still be taking orders.

Ordered 2 silicone dog tags, this was a repeat order and my first experience was positive and I was happy with the product. This time has not been so favourable and my frustration at the zero communication has led to my review. At first I chased up my order after 4 weeks, no reply. I then decided to cancel the order for a full refund an automated response was received and nothing since. After reading other reviews I see this has been an issue for a long time…..how have they stayed in business? Not only is it extremely rude not to communicate with your customers but it is despicable that, as a pensioner, I am now out of pocket with no way of knowing if I will ever get my money back….it feels like theft. Don’t order anything from this company.

Like many others, placed order over a month ago and have heard nothing, received nothing, no response to emails, no phone number to call them.
Avoid at all costs!!!!

Ordered in May still not received my order and it is now end of June. Emailed twice, filled in online form too and still nothing. Do NOT waste your money. £18 down and nothing to show.

It’s now been over 2 months since i placed an order, no communication about shipping delays or out of stock etc, ive left three messages via the online form about cancelling the order and refunding me and not one reply absolute shambles of a company stay well away
Edit.. well out of the blue I’ve just been sent a tracking number no response to emails or online messages from them apologising though I’ve tried to cancel the order a dozen times since ordering 3 months ago and nothing

Order placed on 4/5/2026 as of today, 27/06/2026 still not received. Despite numerous contact logs made on their website, and direct emails no contact. Effectively they have stolen my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER

Terrible communications, and customer service, ordered 2 months ago and still hadn't received my order, I had sent endless amount of emails and contact forms, the only response I would get was a automated message. So highly avoid and save your money

Still waiting for a product ordered 5 weeks ago, no change in order status. I've emailed and submitted contact forms but nothing......looks like this was a scam. God sake, what a joke!! I would avoid

Ordered nearly a month ago, my order is still showing as unfulfilled. I have emailed, completed multiple online contact forms with no response. I have phoned the number just cuts off. To date I have not received the dog tag, nor have I had any further correspondence since I paid for it.

After placing and paying for my order on 14/05/26 I have heard nothing. I have sent six emails/enquiries and heard nothing! Absolutely dreadful customer service! What a scam!

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! I am so disappointed as we ordered a name tag from them a year or two ago and it arrived promptly. We ordered another one 3 weeks ago when our last one finally broke off and they said it was a 2 week delivery. I emailed to find out whether they were even dispatching orders after seeing all the other negative reviews and they didn't respond. I have since cancelled my order and had to raise a dispute with my bank. The company they claim to be owned by has been dissolved by Companies House in November 2025. Avoid.

Update - no response so put in claim with bank. They have had the cheek to dispute it and STILL no email or product. Dreadful company!!

Update- just received an email saying the order has been dispatched even though I cancelled it in writing on 29 May! Disgusting behaviour!

Final update - FINALLY received a response to my last email. They have sent me to product and told me to keep it even though I no longer want it. Honestly this company really should not be taking people's money.

Ordered a tag 2 years a go and even though it was late to arrive and I had to chase the order it was great. got a voucher to say sorry for the delay for £10. Used that on an order placed on 9th April 2026 and have not received item, have emailed with no response and have messaged on Instagram and no response. Disgraceful that they are still taking money from customers and not fulfilling orders

I’m so disappointed with this company. I ordered a dog tag over a month ago but still no delivery or updates. My online tracking still says ‘unfulfilled’ in the website. Absolutely no response to several emails. Dreadful customer service and delivery. Even a response with an explanation would have helped me as luckily my order isn’t urgent. Now I don’t know whether to cancel my order and risk losing my money.
