Ordered on 7 DEC 2025 and I still dont' have the item. Paid extra for first class shipping. No one responds to you emails or IG messages. You have to follow up constantly to get any kind of response. Paid them for an item I don't have. They still have my money.

I would do zero stars if possible.

Product is NOT as advertised for being so high priced. I bought two different sizes of the Two-Toned One Piece, XS and M (as S was out of stock) to ensure fit. The site said size up if in-between to prevent sheerness.

This site and product is a scam. Even the Medium which was too big in the body was completely see-through in the chest with only one more layer of fabric than the torso. Nowhere near as advertised and this was received at night with only indoor lighting, nothing nearly as luminescent as sunlight would be.

A 'product' for free returns and package protection was added by default but upon reading the site's Return Policy it stated they DONT ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY STORE CREDIT which is unacceptable.

I am awaiting a response to determine if they will assist with a refund as the product is not as advertised.

0/10 would not recommend.

Sent one of two items. It has been 4 months of constantly emailing them. Terrible. Waste of time.

This was 4 month ago. I wrote to you multiple times that the shorts I received are the wrong size and not at all what the sizing on your website states. I sent in proof. You refused a free exchange and told me I could return them if I pay for international shipping. I answered that is not acceptable and we need to find I different solution. You stopped answering, I wrote to you a couple more times, didn't get an answer. Hard to believe that that happened accidentally.

I wish I read the reviews before buying. Costumer service is non existent.. They sent the wrong size and after sending them probably 5 emails with no response back I just gave up.

Excellent high quality fabric and workmanship.
I am getting excellent results with my tan line as a result of the nicely done lining .
My experience with their service was second to none!

I started with the swim trunks (being an elite swimmer I am used to speedo) and was surprises with the lightness and breathability. So I got a workout pair now!! Very light and non-restrictive.

Awesome shorts: light, quick drying and durable. The fit is comfortable. Highly reccomended

If I could give 0 stars I would. The bathing suit I bought is COMPLETELY see-through which completely defeats the purpose if you’re literally naked. Customer service was appalling, they refused to refund or take back the swimsuit despite obvious false advertising. I was offered store credit (why would I want a different completely transparent swimsuit from their brand?!) and told I had to pay to ship it back to the United States from Europe myself.

Paid @$200 for two bikinis and tan lines extremely visible. The quality is poor …one would think it would be tan through because it is so cheaply made. Strongly recommend to NOT purchase.

This is totally a gimmick. I’m 38” top 43” hips. Bottoms I ordered XL and top a Large. The bottoms fit perfect the top not really. It pulls up so high in the back but the front is ok. The material is not soft at all. It’s very rough if you have sensitive nipples like I do. Also, I wore today for a couple of hours and put tanning oils all over even in the parts where the sun don’t shine and I still got tan lines and zero sun under. I thought this would be perfect and bought two sets at $176 total. I’d say this is not worth it at all. Don’t waste your money

False advertising. This isnt swimwear. It's completely see through. I tried it on thinking maybe it wasn't as see through as it appeared but it definitely is. You would be arrested if you went out in this. Do not buy this.

Bought myself a pair of shorts and swimwear for my partner. No tan lines, works like a charm!

True Tone Swimwear is amazing! It tans my legs perfectly, giving me an even tan. The fit is comfortable and perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a perfect tan while wearing a perfect fitting suit. I bought multiple pairs for friends. LOVE

Really janky, low-quality material. Should be $10 honestly. If you ship internationally, expect hefty customs fees because TT doesn’t pay their fees for you.

The sizing and fit are also all over the map.

For sizing: I ordered a size M bottoms which according to the guide should fit a 27-28 waist. I’m a 29. They are falling off me! I can’t wear them wet, they’ll literally fall down.

For fit: I purchased two bikini tops, one pullover and one tie. They both are just…strange. The pullover fits but the triangle pieces are out of shape to what actual breasts are shaped like; my nipples pop out constantly. The tie top has way too much going on, loose ties everywhere, super bunchy and uncomfortable.

Delivery took almost two months, only one reply to multiple emails- no other way to conact them. For the price the quality is poor, the material is very see through and yet tan lines ar almost as visible as with regular swimsuit, the sizing is off. Only nice thing about it is that the swimsuit dries quicly.

I had high hopes for my suit from True Tone Swim, but my expectations were quickly shattered when I received my order. The fit was completely off, and I immediately knew I needed to request an exchange. Unfortunately, my emails asking for the exchange were met with silence. I even had a friend who ordered through them at the same time as I did, and they gave her credit within a few days to write on my behalf. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am by this experience. I feel like I've been cheated out of my hard-earned money and left with a $130 suit that looks terrible on me. It's a painful lesson learned, and I won't be making the mistake of ordering from True Tone Swim again.

Very upset with this brand, they are not serious, an order that has never been delivered to its final destination and the worst thing is that they do nothing to fix it. They completely disregard.

They leave tan lines just like any other swimsuit. Also the quality of the garment is very very very pour, like something you could get for less than 20€ (for the entire set) from a fast fashion brand.
