I still haven't received my order
I still haven't received my order; it seems there is an error with the address, and no one has contacted me to resolve the issue so I can get my product. I did not have a good experience buying this product.

Package arrived broken upon receipt. Contacted customer service support team and my issues were quickly resolved. The process was seamless and a new replacement has been confirmed for shipment. The young lady, I believe her name was Gina, was very helpful, she knew exactly what I was talking about and she solved the issue right away, I didn’t have to repeat myself at all. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Problem solved with no headache.

Exceptional Customer Service
My order came in with 1 jar missing and 2 jars broken. I sent an email to try and have the missing and damaged jars resent. When I checked my email about 2 weeks later, the response I got was that the mailbox was not monitored and I needed to reach out to customer service website. Customer service was very prompt and very helpful! My fulfillment of replacement jars are in process now! Customer service support is AWESOME! Thank you 😁

The product is good
The product is good. The electrolyte gummies are delicious. I moved and forgot about my subscription until I received email confirmation for next shipment. I contacted customer service chat and explained that I moved and needed to cancel and asked for a refund. I was refunded immediately. Excellent customer service and a great product as well.

They won’t cancel subscription
I’m very disappointed in this company. I cancelled both subscriptions last month around the 14th as I knew I was going to be on very limited income going forward due to a failed knee surgery and I’m on disability. Only for you to charge me $35 again. Also as I’m trying to cancel this subscription again I’m not even allowed to actually cancel it. Once I click the final cancellation button. Nothing happens. The page doesn’t move forward the cancellation button actually goes away. Please cancel this subscription asap.

Stellar customer service
Haven’t tried the sea moss yet as they just arrived in the mail. One of the products was open and spilled when it arrived. I jumped on the chat to get a replacement and it was taken care of in less than 5 minutes. That’s what I call great customer service. True sea moss is a fantastic company to order from not only did I have prompt delivery of my order but when I had an issue with a future order because of a subscription they refunded me my money without any issue at all and even went above and beyond helping me with a consumer product that I hadn't received from a company completely other than their own only because of the name that used to charge my card had sea moss in it but they helped me sent me an email to refer back to my bank and really went above and beyond in their customer service department! I highly recommend ordering from them not only are their products completely lab tested and amazing but the company and support team they have are one of the best as someone who works in customer service I was blown away by the amount of effort they put into solving that was going on with my information and orders thanks again true sea moss!!
