I have always been interested in the idea of grading my pokemon cards but for years the only real option for someone based in the UK was to spend an exorbitant amount of money to send your cards to the States and to one of the "big 3".

Recently, there have been a number of grading companies set up in the UK and I took my time researching these companies before going with Tree Frog Grading. Their prices are competitive, their slab and label design is brilliant and they donate part of their profits to a great cause.

I selected the cards to send off and they arrived back within about 3 weeks or so. Their website was easy to use and not having to print off a shipping label was a bonus. One thing that could maybe be improved is entering the card details. Perhaps a drop down here might be beneficial instead of writing the card details freehand.

The grading of the cards appears to be carried out to a high standard and I cannot fault any of the grades I was given. I knew my cards would not get 10's and that was never my aim for using their service. I wanted a nice clean looking slab that I could display and a way of keeping my cards secure from any future damage.

Really happy with the service I received, I paid for 2-5 week turn around and the cards were returned to me a lot quicker than I was expecting. The customer service was also amazing with a very quick response to my questions. I will definitely be using tree frog grading again.

Turn around was really quick. The service is very well priced and they have many options available. the cards were well packaged for the return journey. I've been admiring their work from afar for a while now and I've seen many promotional offers for submissions, one of which I took advantage of! The website is very clear and easy to navigate!
Treefrogs slabs are hands down the best looking slabs in the industry. I cannot see me using anyone else for my future grading needs.

1st time I’ve graded a card with tree frog grading and I can honestly say I love the slabs, the holo frog is fantastic 10/10 I will definitely be using them again very soon, my card was graded a 10 on everything so it’s a alpha 10 and I’m really happy with that, the only 1 thing that is bugging me is that my case has a tiny crack in the back a few mm long other than that it’s perfect!

Sent a couple cards for my first time, was quite nervous as one was very valuable. But they did such a great job with fast and helpful replies throughout and were very fast. I got the express grading and received my slabs by the end of the week! Amazing professionals could not recommend them more

My first time grading cards as I never really saw the appeal before - I don't think a PSA or CGC slab looks very nice, and Beckett costs a lot to grade from Europe. TFG finally looked like an attractive way to grade cards, and I realised I should probably give it a try to start protecting some of my favourite & most valuable cards from wear & tear in the future.
I hassled their customer service a few times as I was unsure how to send cards to them and anxious to know when they arrived so I could relax, as I was hesitant to send sentimental cards in the post. If I had just checked my email I wouldn't have had to bother them, but they were polite and fast at responding every time.
I was very happy with the grades I got, the look of the slabs, and the quick professional service and return time. I will continue to use TFG to grade more of my collection in the future.
