Took about 4weeks from when it was sent out. Email updates on the process which was good. Card. And back in secure packaging(signed for) with full grading and nice slab . Very good value would use again

Overall I'm really happy with the experience. I got updates at the different stages of the process and my cards game back in really great cases. Will be using their service again, and I highly recommend TFG

I have sent numerous cards to be graded to all the major UK based graders. I find TFG the best and most accurate service I have used. While some companies use the PSA single grade, TFG used the Beckett style with sub grades which I find far more appealing knowing what the key criteria get. The submission is ok, you will have to manually enter your card details which is great for a couple of cards but if you bulk send it can take time. Other services provide a search function which helps with submissions. The process is the best I have had, the standard grading is very cheap compared to competitors offering similar 14 day turnarounds. You get notifications when the card arrives, when it is in grading and when it is ready to be delivered. Free return again is fantastic for the price you pay. The slabs are clean and nice to the eye. TFG have recently changed their slab design and the new one is far better. The grade themselves are very good and find them as accurate as can be. A massive plus, which for some reason no other card company I've sent to cards to, they give you back the toploaders you send the cards in. I do find that to be a big plus as they are another cost that adds to submission so always good to get them back. You don`t get the penny sleeves back so don't send in your ETB sleeves in like I did.

First time ever using a grading company and I'm glad I used tree frog grading! The grades and the slabs came back unreal with really good grades too! Defo be using these guys again! My number 1 choice for UK grading company!

Firstly, a bit of ‘housekeeping’ to clear the air. Several reviews refer to TFG (and not just themselves, their peers within the industry get this too) as a good ‘alternative’ to having your precious trading cards (let’s face it, Pokémon cards) graded. An alternative to say, a certain American company that utilizes the acronym Pee Ess Eh. Now I don’t think that’s quite true, or quite fair. Tree Frog have established a grading system that is strict, robust, and most importantly, consistent! Secondly, a business model that a lot of medium to large companies should be envious of and start taking note. They are prepared to listen to their customers and the community, to actually engage and auscultate to the extent that they change or adapt their service offering AND still maintain the core of what TFG is all about. So to that end, I don’t believe Tree frog Grading is an alternative. It is the first consideration.

Having submitted only a humble number of cards with TFG (and their sister company CGA), the cards themselves could not have been more diverse from each other. And this is where it counts, the point I’m labouring to make, the consistency and reliability in their grading! A range from 8’s through to BRAVO 10’s, on English cards, Japanese cards, and even a 90’s Japanese Poker Playing Card. When you place the slabbed cards side by side and compare their sub-scores it all makes perfect sense. This, all combined with good quality welded slabs and a label system that is pleasant to the eye but does not distract from the card (why would you not want a green, blue or pink shiny froggy?!..).

So I guess to summarise, if you have cards that are sentimental to you. And not just ones that fetch a handsome sum on eBay, one’s that have artwork you like, are from a series that the 10-year-old-you just couldn’t put down. Send them to Tree Frog. You’ll be kept in the loop during the order and grading process (don’t forget to pop your order number on your parcel when you post them) and sent back via Royal Mail tracked.

This was my first time using a grading service.
Everything went pretty smoothly, starting with a shipping guide, which was very useful for a first timer like me. Decent pricing, lovely slabs, and fair grades. I will most likely stick with this grading company, because of this experience.
My only problem, which has nothing to do with this service, is that it is quite expensive to do this from Norway, because of expensive tax and customs. But then again, that is irrelevant to this service. Would recommend 10/10.

I’m a grader at another company, and I can’t fault these guys at all, all grades within .5 of what I would have given them, slabs are clean and vibrant with the frog adding a little goofiness that works perfectly, love the colour system between grades too. Great, easy experience these slabs will definitely be going on display jolly good show guys

Recently used Treefrog to grade about 5 cards. Service was as expected and was completed in the time frame as per the service level paid for. The slabs are good quality and come with Treefrogs grade brake down on the front and QR code on the reverse.

There was a slight error with one of the graded cards where it was listed wrong. I got in touch with them and they said they would resolve this and I could have a free graded card as a gesture of good will. To there word they did this for me so thank you for that!

The email system could do with some work. i.e to make sure once a customer places an order they get a confirmation email as this didn't happen for me. So I was in the dark.

Overall a good experience and definitely a good alternative grading company out there if your looking to grade your cards.

Fantastic card grading service. Really professional, speedy service, communication was fab. Will definitely use services again and would recommend to anyone considering getting their cards graded for the first time.

My order was processed and delivered on time. simple to use website and excellent customer service. My first sub was 3 DBS cards and then I have sent 10 more (witing for them to be returned) and I have sent 3 card to their sister company CGA (looking forward to the return).

I've sent in over a dozen cards over 2 submissions and they've done a very good job, from the look of the cards in the slabs and the label design to the cost and turnaround time of the submissions
