Good selection of furniture with great discounts

I paid $85 for delivery on Sunday 26th and it won’t get delivered to Monday 3rd August,why pay for expensive delivery,yes I know about weight ,when it won’t get delivered till a week later.

The product is high quality. I have been using the same brand for the past six years, and I was surprised to find that I can still order it. As my family is growing, I appreciate the consistency and reliability of this product. I am still very satisfied with itAlso, the delivery guy was awesome. He did a great job delivering my product and made the experience even better.

Really nice chair but made to look much larger in the photos than it is. I should’ve got my tape measure out in hindsight. It’s a great rocking chair for my toddler, but on the smaller side for me. It also doesn’t have a great rock - I need to get a foot stool. Using your body weight alone to rock it isn’t really enough. But really happy with the fabric and how it looks

Generally I am happy with their products in past but this mattress is bought was advertised advertised firm and in reality not even close to firm. Its very soft and uncomfortable and the ad and description was very misleading. Total waste of money in this case.

Great price, terrible quality.
Table arrived damaged underneath due to staples holding other peices. Missing a chair. Some had cracks. Emailed twice, messaged instagram page and still no reply.

Have been waiting 5 days for my item to be shipped and it hasn’t. So only thing I can say is shipping is extremely slow

The sofa bed is brilliant! There is nowhere else I could have bought a sofa bed of that quality for that price. I must admit I was sceptical about buying online without even sitting on it. Lucky me, it is definitely a beautiful bargain, as is the coffee table I have subsequently bought.

Efficient delivery and tracking service.

I am still waiting to receive my Book shelf which was my first order, which is the only outstanding item from my two orders.

I ordered four items in total.

20 July: A courier delivered a package.
On opening it, it turned out to be Rylee study desk.

21 July: A different courier delivered two packages, the armchair and coffee table as mentioned on the package

According to the delivery tracking, the armchair, coffee table, and Rylee Study Desk were all scheduled to be delivered together on 21 July and the Book shelf on 20th July

When I asked the courier about the missing item, I was told they had only two items to deliver on 21st

Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact your customer service. I have called your number several times and left voicemail messages, but to date I have not received a single callback. I also tried your AI chat service, but received no response.

This lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. It has been stressful and it is unacceptable that I have had to repeatedly chase up an order that has not been fully delivered.

Could you please advise where the Book Shelf is and when it will be delivered? If there has been a delay, I expect to be informed rather than having to follow up myself.

I would appreciate an urgent response and prompt action to resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Not the right pieces for the draws

Purchases arrived earlier then expected and kids are happy with their new draws

I purchased an armchair to find out after collection the ottoman was not included. I changed the order on sight whilst there to another armchair which included an ottoman. The customer service team were quite happy to supply the items at the price of the previous armchair. Good customer service and helpful.
