booked a coach trip with this company.
It was cancelled at the last minute.
Waiting months for a refund of 500 pounds the man is a crook.
Keep well away from this company

I have 2 Trips booked for this year with Matthew one is on Saturday 23rd of July and the other one is 13th of August 2022 how can I get in touch with them please my granddaughter is going to be so Disappointed on Saturday can someone help please.

This man have stolen people's money that they payed for a holiday.... including me....he owes me 400 pounds...I will never let this go ...until I been fully refunded......stay clear of him

I wish this had a zero star button. Absolutely disgraceful company. Had 3 holidays booked and paid for and only found out they were cancelled when I rang to confirm pick up. After many,many calls and emails I am still not had my money back. Total con men and women. Opening up under a new name and asking me to opt in! This firm are a bunch of scammers. I am owed 0ver £1100 pounds

Booked a day trip, it has been cancelled the month before but nobody informed me until I rang for confirmation of pick up time. Then I was told I’d have to wait 28 days for a refund as I’d cancelled my booking !!!! Surprise surprise no refund had to claim through PayPal and luckily for money back. This is the MO for this company (also known as David Charles travel, horizon holidays and others) - AVOID

Shocking behaviour. Taking everyone's money, cancelling trips without telling customers then refusing refunds. Going under different names to avoid getting caught.

Don't Book with him unless you want to throw your hard cash away if you do not go on your Holliday or day Tripp .

One star in order to enter a review otherwise everything would be negative! This company has disappeared without notice, no contacts being maintained by them. Last public statement on social media stated they would honour bookings paid up. Rubbish. This has not happened. There is no way to contact them to get refund just as I couldn't get prior info. I am very lucky to have comprehensive travel insurance which covers end supplier failure. But even then trying to show TWM is responsible for cancellation when then haven't notified me has been difficult since it is not known if they are bankrupt for example. I endorse the plea not to trust the travel company who has taken over their facebook page.

Absolutely terrible company, liar and aggressive on the phone to me when complained and sent him photos of the filthy hotel he put us in , then had the cheek to say i had attitude on the phone to him , i was left to get the train home , as i refused to stay in the hotel that had human poo on mattress, and told to find my own way home , with my cases knowing i was disabled 😡. Absolutely horrible man

Sham of a company, owe us (Hotel in Torquay) over £3k, faked up a bank remittance showing they had paid, but hadn't, going through the court process and a CCJ issued against them, but unlikely to get anything back as they have closed the company and changed the name again. Be warned - have been David Charles Travel, and now look like they have resurrected as Horizon Coach Holidays.

It’s a shame you have to tick on a star at all as I wouldn’t give one! Shambles of a company dishonest they owe me £2312 for a trip due to go ahead in January which they cancelled the night before. Had it confirmed in writing by the manager Patricia Williams that I would have a refund allow 28 days to process - still waiting!!! Can’t get through in the phone, they’ve closed their shops and don’t reply to emails - don’t bother!!!

Sambles of a company. Don’t give refunds on cancelled trips, just vouchers. Now changed company name and moved. Vouchers are not worth the paper they are printed on.

1 star because I had to leave one. I’d give -50 stars if I could. He’s robbed many people

Went on a few trips in 2019 with twm, one to London and 1 to Birmingham trips were OK although badly organised tour quide in Birmingham didn't have a clue how to get us to venue for afternoon tea so me an my friend ended up showing the whole trip where to go🙈, booked a trip for departure end of march 2020 cause of covid didn't go felt sorry for them as quite a new company so took a voucher instead of refund, nx trip aslo got cancelled they claimed covid in area🙄 so eventually booked polar express Dec 21. Did go on this trip but again badly organised told pick up time waited no show phoned to told it was 30 minutes later not good when you're standing in the cold with a 2 year old child, bus finally arrived then confusion over allocation of seats changed day before according to quide people arguing on bus over seats not good on a children's day trip after that experience was quite sure I wouldn't be booking again . Shameful how he is now ripping people off and not returning refunds shame on you Matthew d Sutton I advice anyone to book with a more reliable company and save yourself a headache.

Final balance due on my booking, email received asking me to pay via bank transfer, bank have advised not to do this as it could be a scam and can’t get hold of anyone at TWM despite trying to contact them via telephone, messenger and email!

Disgusting treatment 15 people in a 17 seater mini bus to Scotland with all their luggage crammed in and when complained threatened with legal action

Went to folly farm yesterday 20th April couldn’t fault it , great coach and driver. we were their from opening till closing so had the full day was perfect. Hopefully will book again!😊

Amazing trip to Tenby with Craig Owen, Matthew I believe this is your best driver, he was so patient and pleasant no trouble at all and entertained us with films, he also made everyone laugh he really brightened up my day, we will come again thank you Craig for this amazing joy ride.

Me off the bus and pram was stored with easy they where on time going and leaving and bus was cleaned before we left Tenby all fresh rubbish bags abs toilet on board clean
