Booked a flight. They called to say that this flight price was an emergency fare. If I wanted the flight, it would be double the price, and I wouldn't get a refund. To get the same fare, I had to change airport, get a flight with a layover, and fly with a diffrent airline. I would

PLEASE DONT DO WHAT I DID AND BOOK WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY WITHOUT READING THESE REVIEWS.
I TRIED CONTACTING THEM VIA PHONE, NO ONE ANSWERED AND ALL OPTIONS POINTED YOU TOWARDS AN EMAIL.
I EMAILED THE ADDRESS THEY PROVIDED WHICH I WAS ADVISED WAS OUT OF SERVICE AND IT REQUIRED US TO LOG INTO A PORTAL.
I WAS THEN TRYING TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR THE PORTAL BUT WAS TOLD TO SEND AN EMAIL TO ANOTHER ADDRESS TO REQUEST THEM TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT. I ACTUALLY CANNOT BELIEVE IT.
THE WORST PART OF THIS IS THAT IM TRYING TO CANCEL DUE TO A MEDICAL EMERGENCY AND GETTING NOT SUPPORT.

Minus rating not an option. Biggest CROOKS as they only provide future credit versus refund that expires in 6 months to use. DO NOT use these platform. Had to pay a separate fare to flight change with a future credit that will expire in 6 months. That is just BS!

This is the wrost agency they are scammer they show me deal 303 when I booked they declined my payment and charged me 303 after that he customer service agent ask we can not refund this amount and you have to pay 187 more to give you better never buy ticket from them

Hi All, This is the worst company/ agency ever. Poor customer service I ever experienced. Never buy cheap air tickets from this website. They lock price tickets so you have no options that to purchase expensive tickets. False advertisement using promotional prices that do not even exit. Hi All, Never buy cheap air tickets from this website. First, they will offer you a promotion price at low. Then they will call you and let you know that the price is not available and make you buy at high prices which cost you almost double in US dollars or either you loose your money. So beware from this website. Never buy from them. I had bad experience.

Absolutely the worst WORST company to travel with. Customer service is poor and they are thieves! I booked a flight for $55 only for them to call and said it has been expired and wanted to charge me $126. They are a rip off. Because I was in urgency, I had to comply. I wish THERE COULD BE A NO STAR BECAUSE THEY DESERVE NOTHING

Wow wow wow after reading these reviews I am absolutely positive that this company deserves to be taken down and I am going to do it quickly and expeditiously.They are definitely a bait and switch operator and are operating out of India. Please donot use this site and if you are stupid enough then do so at a big risk

I would give it a zero if I could! Yes, exactly how everyone described it. Total “bait and switch” operation that tried to keep your money even when you try to cancel within the normal 24 hour time period. They should not be allowed to operate…criminals!

Be aware of this company! I booked a flight with them but I never got the tickets. Then they called me to tell me about many travel restrictions and trying to charge me lot of money for the luggage. I told the man to cancel everything this made him so mad this made realize that I was bout to get scammed. I hang up and called my credit card to cancel it. Do not use this company is totally bunch of scammers!

Just like all the other reviews I was scammed as well! I was able to call and cancel my flights from Southwest but I had to cancel my credit card so they wouldn't add anything or other charges on! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

This website is a scam, they sell you a ticket that the price of the flight is not guaranteed. A flight that doesn't include carryon and try to sell you carryon luggage for $250 more. Non Refundable tickets. Don't do it!!!

We tried to book through gorilla air and somehow it ended up going through Travel port. Like the others on here said they are nothing but scammers. They did not confirm our flight so we called them and he said there were restrictions to the flight like not being able to take any baggage whatsoever on our vacation. No carry on or checked luggage. We tried to cancel and they said we could not. We ended up paying for the equivalent of another ticket to be able to take some clothes. We could not get a seat assignment even after paying that much more and my husband is disabled. I called our credit card company to try to cancel and they were of no help. I am going to call gorilla air and also the airlines but I don't think they will help us either. I don't know how we ended up on travel port but it was the worst experience of our life.

From the beginning, they were dishonest. After paying for the ticket, for a 7 day trip,
they call me the next day to tell me no carry on, no personal item.
I said, “ I want to cancel”, they said you can not or pay for it.
I said, “that is so dishonest of you, I should report you to the Better Business Bureau!”
They then gave me a new flight and charged me $112.00 more.
A few people were helpful , Blair and Jennifer,
But in the end, neither did what they said they would do.
They both wanted 5 stars before they delivered what they said they would do. Neither actually followed through.
Therefore, Travoport is dishonest and forces their employees to boost their evaluations.

Please stay clear of them!

I was glad I communicated directly with United Airlines and they were helpful.
I was able to go and return on both flights.

Pls, stay away from this company, they are scammers. They would give you a deal that's too good to be true, later a rude customer representative would call you about some stupid restrictions and you have to pay extra money. Scammers

I booked a ticket through this company and wow what a scam. I booked with cancellation insurance in case i needed to reschedule.
For my trip I went on to reschedule on their page since I paid 80dollars for the insurance. Then I got a mail where they said they have to reschedule for me. So I called, and they said they need this fee for rescheduling and said the airline company needs a fee too. And extra money for the new ticket. I ended up paying 360 dollars for the reschedule. They said they also needed a fee for doing that. The ticket was 400 dollars that I paid for this return trip. They didnt have refund as their policy. And I said you do have that and I have paid for it. The man just talked and talked about the laws and blabla. So never got the money back. This is a SCAM

Warning: This company is a SCAM! They advertise flights that seem too good to be true, only to hit you with hidden fees later on. I received a call from a rude representative informing me that my flight did not include baggage and that I would have to pay an additional $200-$400 dollars. When I asked for a refund, I was told that the airline I chose does not offer refunds. This representative was not only dishonest but also had a terrible attitude. After this experience, I contacted my credit card company and had the payment marked as fraud. I not only got my money back but also received a new credit card. If you feel like you've been scammed by this company, I recommend calling your credit card company immediately. Trust your gut and avoid this website at all costs!

I tried to book a flight for the morning, first confirmation was what I wanted. Second confirmation was not. I told him I was not confirmed due to leaving in the pm and landing in Charlotte South Carolina. I wanted to land in Columbia South Carolina. Luke Brown/Steve Cooper went ahead and booked it. And changed my account. They refused to cancel my order. Telling me it's not possible!

TRAVELPORT Platform they will tell you ,you can gain 150 to 300 $ per day, but they are scammers,be careful and don't recharge any amount on their platform
