Returned from krakow Poland what a beautiful city very unique with all the old buildings..went to Auschwitz-Birkenau and salt mine , stayed in Jewish quarters hotel Kazimierz with breakfast which was amazing! Wow!!! Thank you is not enough to say how much we appreciate Isaacs work . From the first enquiry, through all building up to our holiday through our holiday and till we get safely back home. Isaacs customer service and his care are outstanding, including personal requests and recommendations. Very easy to communicate and navigate throughout a whole process. I was hesitating at the beginning as didn't want to loose any deposits money however after speaking with Isaac and hearing his reassurance in the process, I have felt very comfortable and went ahead.
Highly recommend and we are already in a process of booking our next holiday for next year.

Booking process
I have booked a holiday through this company for next year. Zac the agent worked very hard to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted, nothing was too much trouble. I hope the holiday experience is the same as the booking process...I will let you know!

Short Break Away
I have just booked a short break with Travelme60 who I've not booked with before.
The agent Zac was so helpful,informative & understanding of our parties expectations, we booked a beautiful central hotel & 2 excursion that we will all enjoy,he also gave us information to important sights to visit.

Steve Williams was our operator and without a doubt he was very professional and helpful one of the best I have dealt with in the travel industry. I had to wait a few weeks to confirm if my grandson could fly, he was very patient and considerate and never put any pressure on me to book. He listened carefully to my requests and went out of his way to make sure they were all met and even better at the BEST PRICE. Amazing People who give you wonderful holiday experiences
Whatever I needed or requested Kevin was there he advised recommended both times now. Iceland 2024 and Budapest 2025 were amazing and fun filled adventure holidays. 2026 we want to go to Greece and Kevin will be there again I'm sure with all of the advice to make it memorable. Trip to Krackow
Spoke to Kevin as 1st contact, he was extremely helpful in arranging both the trip and the excursions, even trying to get better deals than I could.
Had a couple of issues which had nothing to do with 360 or Kevin, but he helped guide me through the best options to resolve the issue.
The holiday was great, we had an excellent time with no issues regarding hotel etc.
Thought price was very reasonable for the package.
Would definitely book with 360 again and would ask to have Kevin as my contact, even my son mentioned the excellent service given

Extemely helpful travel rep and amazing holiday
Kevin was helpful throughout the whole booking experience. Answered any queries or concerns promptly. Kept in touch and guided the way through all process. Hotel was amazing. The trip booked for bran castle, peles castle and brasov was fantastic. Had the most amazing holiday.

At first I was a bit skeptical about booking.
At first I was a bit skeptical about using a company online that ive never heard of before. I bit the bullet and thought I'm just going to book it. I spoke to Kevin who found me an amazing deal to romania. We spent 4 days there celebrating my boyfriends birthday, as draculas castle was on his bucket list. We had the most amazing tour guide called nick who showed us around peles castle , bran castle and brasov. Although the day was long, we had the best time. The hotel was brilliant, staff were friendly. We would defiantly book to go there again. It snowed this time which made it more magical , so hoping to go back next year in the summer time to experience nice hot weather. Thanks again Kevin and the 360 team , you made our experience one to remember 😀

Poor
just back from dubia .Singapore and bali
before I went i said I want good hotels and good rooms . u sent me links which where supposed to be 4 star hotels. which did look ok to be fair . but when we arrived in dubai to be taking on a out dates boat which didn't smell great and to be taking to a small room u couldn't swing a cat in. so we had to pay for a upgrade. the place was in the middle or a construction site 40 mins away from everything so we were over £500 in taxis for our 4 night stay getting back and forth . arrived in Singapore to be taking to a small box room smaller than the 1 in dubai .so we had to pay for an upgrade.
arrived in bali 3 nights later to be taking you ubud jungle resort which wasn't in the holiday package that u made us in ask for it and paid the extra . the place was absolutely stunning we were meant to be there for 3 nights but when we told everyone the travel company booked us a hotel in kuta everyone told is the place is bad so we extend our stay another 2 nights in the jungle which cost us more . we decided well go to our hotel which you guys have booked for the last 3 nights of our holiday. big mistake that was the place was terrible we stayed one night and went to uluwatu for the last 2 nights .
how to improve do your home work and stop sending people to bad hotels in bad locations which is only going to cost the customers double the price if they want to make the most out there holiday
paid just shy of 4k for the holiday
ended up costing us double .
i definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to go with this company
