Great idea, but didn’t actually make it any easier.
I wouldn’t use them again and would just do it myself next time.

The process is easy and they identify many orgs that need to be notified, and then send them an email.

Nearly all of them needed additional information though, so it would have been easier to just contact them myself in the first place. In a one case it actually complicated things using the service.

I also HATE marketing cold calls - they will call you (“courtesy call”) telling you exactly the same as what’s on the online dashboard plus trying to sell you services at the new address (that’s how they make money).

Overall, the idea is great but not actually as helpful as it sounds and it’s just as easy getting a checklist of places to contact and doing it yourself

After a shaky start when TMB went off line for ages at just the wrong time it was a useful tool. I got a swift and comprehensive response to my concerns and action was taken. I think I experienced a glitch and I’d use this again given their quick and helpful communication when there were difficulties.

Tyler and Luke couldn’t have been more helpful. Provided a personalised service. I rang to discuss as had some queries, and was given very helpful guidance. Following the transfer, we received a concise summary (traffic light format), with a couple of pending actions to consider to ensure a smooth transition. The whole process took a lot of stress out of our move, with minimum effort required on our part. Would definitely recommend this platform
