Excellent work
I made few corrections on my own, but overall, they did a great job! Much better than Rev in my opinion and more affordable. I will definitely call on Transcript Puppy again. My Close Captions passed QC for FilmHub and that was the goal. Thanks guys..!!!

Additionally, their efficiency and speed are truly remarkable! As a university researcher, I was astounded when they transcribed a 6-person focus group discussion in under 24 hours, followed by a refined version just hours later!
