Great training course, helped me fully prepare for my licencing exam and pass. Lot's of help, support, and communication given during the training modules.

Really great communication and service from the booking to the completion of the exam. The training tool is really user friendly and having a mock exam helped build my confidence before the final test. During the test which I was nervous for and had never done one virtually was very well executed and I was looked after throughout with the lady examiner on the chat function. Very impressive company!

The training course with Train2Train was very informative and well presented. I absolutely hate studying and writing exams, but they made it as simple as possible, while learning everything you need to know. One thing I would say though to future learners, when you complete your training you will receive a certificate once you have answered all the questions correctly. Don't be fooled in thinking that is your Personal Licence to sell alcohol. You will need to sit and write a proper exam before they will issue you with the licence. Apart from that, I had some noise disturbance at my house while taking the exam which I had to deal with. There was a small chance that I could have been disqualified for leaving my seat mid exam. Luckily this was only for a couple of seconds and the team at Train2Train has been extremely helpful investigating the situation and making sure I did not cheat in anyway. I've been informed that I have passed and I am now just waiting for my licence to arrive. Couldn't be happier!

Using Train2Train for the Level 2 BIIAB Award for Personal License Holders was straightforward and quick. I was able to sit the exam quickly, and passed with a score of 39/40 thanks to the online classroom environment and study guide. Staff from Train2Train were warm, polite, and responsive, even when my assigned representative was out of the office.
