Easy step by step course, the support service was first class which made the whole process simple and straightforward. Highly recommended

Very easy to use, resources were brilliant, the exam was booked very easily and quickly and the staff members that I spoke to were lovely.

I'm very happy with my training, team was helpful as well. Possibly I will do some more trainings with them.

Took my L2 APLH course with Train 2 Train, the videos all made it super easy to go through as well as having access to the course workbook.
Once completing the course you get access to a mock exam which was really helpful. Everything together made the exam super easy.

Completed the personal licence course and exam. Was a great experience. Examiner was very helpful to make the exam run smoothly. Highly recommend.

Katie was fantastic - she was able to book me for the exam the same day.

Very interactive course and in detail course handbook which is needed as well as the course.
The download for the exam was a little tricky as it needed to be more explicit. ie:when it stated share your screen it would be helpful to state click on the image to share your screen.
Apart from that an easy process.

I am happy I found this company to do my training for a personal licence. Great value for the money, straightforward lessons. It was easy to study and they have amazing customer service! Everyone was very polite and helpful over the phone. The test was easy to book and I did it remotely with proctor exam. Overall a good experience, it took them 2 working days to submit my results to train2train and then I received my original certificate on the next day! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to obtain a personal licence.

Edit: Becky called me the day after I left the review. She was very polite and appreciative of feedback.

Some things she explained were an issue on Musgrave's end and she would pass it on to avoid the same thing happening in the future.

Took a course through my work and the communication on the train2train side was terrible. I got a bunch of the same emails over and over again and all it said was the time and day of each training session. I never responded to them because they never requested any information from me in the emails. Then someone from train2train called my work and said I needed to send them my address, DOB...etc. but never said why. I sent it anyway.

Few days later I got a big box of training materials. I didn't know they were sending them. What if I didn't get them and didn't know until the course started I needed them?

Well day one of the course some candidates didn't have their training materials and by day 4 two weeks later they still didn't have them and got sent a digital copy the day before the presentations had to be done. Ridiculous.

We did the exam and were told that we would get results the same day. It's 2 days later now and we still haven't got them.

They used a website called the vault. When the course started I was told we had to do some assignments on there but I didn't even know what it was. The woman from train2train said she would send me my login info again. I never got it in the first place. There was precourse work I should have done before the course started and I didn't even know about it. I searched my inbox and I never got anything about it until I asked her to send it. So she didn't send it "again".

The course itself was good and the trainer was great, but she wasn't from train2train.

An easy to deal with company - helpful at every stage of the process.

Course well laid out, easy to understand and interactive to keep it interesting.

Slight problems getting set up for the exam as I do not have a smartphone - perhaps consideration should be given to working round this for those like me who do not have a smartphone - but otherwise would recommend.

Great company, have been really helpful throughout the process. friendly, quick and efficient service.
