the training course and learning content was quite great and speacially the exam part was also amazing . few questions was out of practice but i made it.

I would like to thank the company for making this process so easy as I have severe dyslexia and needed to have a reader with me during the exam. They acknowledged my disability and issued emails to confirm a reader could be used. Setting up the remote exam was a little complex but sorted in the end. I give a 5 star review and will be recommending the company to other colleagues on the construction site I work and the reasons for this, is that the staff at Train2Train were always able to answer any questions I had and put me at ease through the process. I appreciate the effort the company went through to cater for my dyslexia.

I do not like online training, but this was easy to access once I got a basic computer as the iPad wouldn't work. The staff on the support line were calm, polite, well informed and very helpful. The exam was a breeze, after the set up process, and my apology to the invigilator about me reading all the questions out loud!! That's an age thing I am afraid!!!

I recently completed the Train2Train course. The content was well-structured and comprehensive, covering essential topics that prepared me well for the test.

Once I realised I could not complete the course on my iPad it made things a lot more simple. I did read that the exam had to be taken on a laptop, I just skimmed over the part where it said the course needed to be done on a laptop. The staff on the phone were really helpful and friendly. The exam set up was explained well also. It would have been good to take the mock exam but when I clicked the link it was unavailable. My certificate arrived in just over a week.

After searching for a suitable CSCS training site, I came across Train2Train, after booking the course online, I experienced some problems, I called the "Support" number provided and was greeted by a very polite and professional service member, who swiftly took care of the problem, not once, but a few times, every time I requested help they responded very quickly.
I would highly recommend Train2Train to anyone looking for training online, as they were very impressive, unlike majority of online course sites to that use AI Chats, it's nice to speak to a human who understands, and resolves the issue ASAP, they even called me back to check if I needed any further assistance.

I would 100% recommend Train2Train. I completed the Highfield Level 2 Award for Personal Licence
Holders (RQF) and their modules were easy to follow. The additional materials they provided you with were really useful, the exam process was smooth and they sent me a digital certificate minutes after passing.

Had some difficulties with logging in but all were resolved quickly with great communication from the staff. The course material was thorough and explained clearly. The exam was organized straight away and results delivered at the end. Thanks
