This is the second time Jus Nagra has arranged a mortgage for us, and the service was excellent again. He got in touch several months before our existing deal was due to end, talked us through the options clearly, and revised his recommendations when our preferences changed. Our application went straight to offer.

Jus was consistently quick to respond by phone and email, and always called back when he said he would. When a couple of snags came up along the way, he pointed us in the right direction straight away. The wider Trafalgar Square team, Kerry and Amanda in particular, kept everything moving with the solicitors and kept us updated right through to completion, which landed in time for our old deal ending.
