Had to get in touch with customer service & the agent was just so lovely!

Delivery was slow almost a week. surprised because it said on weekend but didn’t come until Monday.

It is not here I ordered it so long ago..
I have had to buy a hair straightener locally because I was so frustrated.

I think Trade Secrets is probably the only company that sells authentic products with best price and package them properly. I've ordered from them a few times and the products are always clean (not covered in dust like some other places I ordered from before) and in original packaging and sealed. They are always packed in air cushions in the box so nothing gets damage. The hair products I buy are atleast $80 a bottle, so I REALLY appreciate that they pack everything carefully.

Last week I was laying in bed scrolling TikTok when I came across a reel about the new Trade Secrets Outlet opening. The next morning, I made it my mission to check it out since I buy a lot of my beauty products from there, especially my Ardell eyebrow powder.
When I got there, the parking lot was already pretty full. I accidentally walked past the entrance and a gentleman who had just walked out kindly pointed me in the right direction. I apologized, and he was so warm and welcoming. He explained they weren’t officially open yet but were getting ready to open, and honestly, he made the whole experience feel so special.
What made it even cooler was finding out afterward that he was actually the owner. You don’t always see owners being that hands-on, welcoming, and genuinely kind to customers, especially during the chaos of opening a new location. You could really tell how passionate and excited he was about the store.
He introduced me to Bavika, who helped me out and recommended the Miracle Moroccan Oil for my hair. I’ve been using it ever since and it has honestly been doing wonders for my hair. So shoutout to Bavika for the amazing recommendation!
The kindness, customer service, and welcoming atmosphere really stood out to me. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend everyone go check out the new Trade Secrets Outlet. Thank you again for such a lovely experience!

Prices were great, and delivery was as expected. I would order again!

I went in for hair colouring and was talked into getting balayage—big mistake. My hair is now completely damaged. Whatever products they used were clearly low quality, because after every wash my hair feels worse—dry, rough, and basically fried. The colour is patchy and uneven, and it looks nothing like what I asked for.
I paid $340–$400 for this, which is honestly ridiculous. This isn’t even worth $100. I’ve had better results from cheaper salons.
When I complained, the manager was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of taking any responsibility, she told me not to come back if I wasn’t happy. That says everything about how they treat their customers.
I ended up having to spend more money at another salon just a week later to fix the mess they made. While there might be one or two decent stylists there, the rest clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

Took a while for my delivery, I reached out to costumer service, one of my 1 litre products was out of stock and didn’t know when it will be back in, the rep offered to replace it with 4 smaller bottles to make up for the 1 litre, I had my order delivered within 3 days.

I did not like how the ends of the hair would straggle at the ends and the length was too long. I had to cut them, not worth the money. Although I did like the texture of the hair and the colour was spot on.

Online order took a while to come and then was "delivered" to a Post Office a 15 minute drive away from me. Please find a new delivery service otherwise what is the point of an online order?
