I purchased 2 one litre bottles of All…
I purchased 2 one litre bottles of All soft mega conditioner. One of the bottles I received had been opened, the seal on the bottle was off, and the bottle was not full. I noticed this yesterday when I opened the first bottle. I feel that I should be refunded my money for the bottle or it should be replaced. I don’t feel comfortable using the product now since it could have been tampered with.

Trade Secrets was the only store to carry the Blue and White ConAir Cool Styler and it came in less than a week at a reasonable price. I have the other "colour" that other stores have, but have used the Blue and White and consider it a better curler.

Items were exactly as described and great value. However, 2 weeks after my order the products had not been shipped. I finally did have to contact them and it was just less than a week to get them. Email response was within a day so appreciate that.

As I already mentioned the product had turned bad somehow. Not being a foam , just a liquid and very black green at that. Stains everything green and gives a slight greenish tint to my face. Very bad return policy for your company when there’s a very good reason for wanting a return.

I don't order a lot from that company but I do occasionally, and have always received shipments in a timely manner would never any issues. They have a a big array of products aimed at the hair care products, which is not restrictive to sell to hairdressers only so that is very handy for the ordinary people.
