The Tradematics mobile app is excellent! It allows me to trade effortlessly on the go, and its design is just as intuitive as the desktop version.

I have had issues with withdrawals taking longer than I expected. This is a key area where I hope Tradematics can improve in the future.

One major downside is that Tradematics doesn't offer a demo account, which would have been helpful for new traders to practice without risking real money.

Tradematics has some excellent risk management features, including stop-loss orders and margin controls, which help me keep my trades in check.

While I like the platform, I do find the fees a bit high, especially on smaller trades. More competitive pricing would make me more likely to continue using it.

I have been receiving calls from Golden Brokers (tradematics for the past two months, urging me to invest online. After consistent follow-ups, I decided to invest USD 3,000 on August 12, 2024, to start trading. Initially, I saw good returns, and based on their daily advice, I increased my investment to over USD 15,000, adding USD 7,000 more, and on August 20, 2024, an additional USD 2,000, bringing my total investment to USD 12,000.

At one point, my returns reached USD 8,000, with a total balance showing USD 18,000 in my account. However, my investment adviser insisted that I invest an additional USD 30,000 to benefit from lower spread charges and a swap-free account. This raised my suspicions, so I began researching the company online and discovered numerous negative reviews and reports of scams.

I made it clear that I would not invest more, but they pressured me to trade for one more week to supposedly recover my money. During this period, I was forced to purchase natural gas in two lots with significant charges and NVDA shares over two days, which consistently showed losses. When I questioned the manual adjustments made to my account, they suddenly showed a withdrawal of USD 3,740.

Then, they pressured me to buy 10 lots of USDTRY, but I refused and only agreed to 6 lots. The next day, I noticed they had deducted USD 8,928 as swap charges and spread charges.
I had balance 5000 USD I tried withdrawal, but they didn't process my withdrawal. Asked me to invest 30k usd more and continue trading.

Switching to Tradematics was the best decision. The $0 fees on deposits and withdrawals save me money, and their AI trader portfolios have made trading much more effective and enjoyable. The 24/5 customer service is also a huge plus.

I've been trading with Tradematics for a few months now, and overall, it's been a great experience. At first, I was a bit worried because the trading account is only in USD, so I had to convert my money. But the exchange rate turned out to be really good.

What I really want to highlight is their support service. I've talked to several managers, and their market knowledge has helped me a lot. Even though I missed some trades, I learned what I did wrong, and it's great to have such support.

I've been using Tradematics for the past 4.5 months n I'm quite satisfied with what I'm getting. Appreciate the broker's assistance in guiding through MT5, compared to other platforms that I tried it looks bit complicated at first but in the end has a lot of good features. The only downside is that the withdrawal takes more than a day compared to my other accounts.

Long story short, I was new to trading and had no knowledge of how the stock market works. The fund manager from Tradematics Dubai advised me to start with a $1,000 investment. After I paid the deposit, he informed me that the amount wasn't sufficient to start trading and that I needed more money to buy NVIDIA stock. They convinced me to invest more, so I added $10,000. Initially, I made a good profit with the NVIDIA stock, but then things changed. They persuaded me to invest in oil and gold multiple times. Even though I was naive, I started doubting the fund manager and questioned whether it was wise to invest in gold, as it seemed to be losing value. However, the scammer assured me it would improve. Eventually, I lost my entire investment, and they disappeared without any explanation.

So, folks, beware of Tradematics Dubai. They are scammers. Ensure you check the IP location of the fund manager's phone number. He might introduce himself as an experienced professional speaking from the UK, but he is actually in Dubai. Make sure to verify the IP location of such individuals.

Its definitely upgrade from etoro and similar brokers. These guys actually offer learning, teaching, and my specialist explained to me in person what instruments and tools do. Knowledge is money and I can see results. After literally 2 weeks here I see better results than messing around with etoro on my own. Worth the 1% commission. Tradematics actually does same stuff than any other big institution with difference that they tell you what they do and how to do it yourself.

I am sumeer. Don't ever invest on this company. Because this company is scammers. I really had bad experience. Because of this company, not only me. My 7 friends are in bad position. I referred them to this company as well. I'll make my story short. Please understand and Don't get caught in their trap.
1. They called me for Dubai and Saudi IPO and share. I deposited for it but they don't allow to buy the share on first or 2nd day. Because they don't have the liquidity.
2. After deposit they appoint someone in the name of broker. He said he is in UK and called from UK number. But that number is a Virtual UK number. I even checked the IP they are sitting in Dubai only. Professional liers.
3. They forced us to invest in Oil Gold and some other commodities and showed profit in beginning time to make us to get fully interested..
4. Between this period that broker gets close with us and get the idea of our financial background
5. Then forced and manipulated to invest again and again to build the portfolio.
6. Once we reached our maximum investments, will provide guidance to lose the money. Incase if we are on profit its only a luck.
7. Whenever I request for the withdrawals, instantly That broker calls and asked us to cancel the withdrawal. ( I even used that withdrawal button to make that guy calls me )
8. When we were strong to make the withdrawal, they give only one trade which will lose entire investment. Forcing and manipulate us to open the trade with bigger lot size.
I did everything they said because It was my hard and earn money and i wanted to withdraw it. But today I am in depression. Even getting suicide thoughts because I am in huge debt.
Tried to do legal actions , but can't do it. Because we clicked on I agree to the terms and conditions.
Note : I am aware financial markets include both profit and lost. But these guys makes us lose intentionally. Because our profit is their loss. Our loss is their profit.
Their every positive reviews are wrote by Their employees. Many reviews got deleted by trustpilot as well.

I've met with one of the representatives in Dubai - I think he was Indian, the guy seemed knowledgeable. I was a bit sceptic generally about stock markets but then again let's be real, properties are also overly hyped and sold and still it's great investment.

I am currently speaking to some Arabic specialist, he is good. I have no idea why he told me to buy ARM - I get the earnings report, but he was right, I made about 6% on that one and I can't really complain about gold trade he put me on so far 45$ on there.

To be honest I never saw myself doing any of this but it's not such a big deal, for me it was worse to buy an apartment in Dubai with all the documentation and agents trying to make their commission. Stocks seem a bit more laid off and actually it means PASSIVE investment.

Throughout my trading journey I haven't seen anyone doing it better than them.
They provided me awesome support and good market analysis to make sure they are growing my money up.
Yes, I went through some losses due to the market flips but overall I grew my cash with them by 110%

I had an Islamic account with them which they promised wouldn’t have swap or rollover fees. In the end that was a lie and they refused to compensate $15k of swap fees back to me.

Although the brokers they assign you are engaged, they are sadly incompetent and glorified gamblers. A shocking habit which they refused to change is not using a stop loss. Two of my positions were $50k in the red and I kept getting the same BS about “we are making other profits and will reduce this position little by little”. I decided to close my account when it became clear that their aim is just to promise future benefits for an extra 10,20,50k investment. For anyone thinking of venturing into this mess of a company (managed by goldenbrokers of malaysia) stay far far away.

Professional support, they know a lot of things, but the guy felt a bit cold. Probably because of the nature of the business - being analyst and all. Gotta have no emotions for investments.

Results were good. Adnoc Gas made me money, Salik very positive for me.

I had a small loss on GBP/USD but regained it all and added 20% extra on Nvidia.

Overall happy.
