Mixed feelings-Good Product,Frustrating Delays
The trading experience on tradematics is okay- nice interface , easy access to forex pairs, and some solid technical tools. But I faced long delays during document approval, and I had to send multiple emails to get updates . If they can fix their back- end and support workflows, I might come back.

Good platform but not for Absolute Beginners
I had hope when I jioned Tradematrics and to be fair, the platform is robust, But as someone completely new to trading. I felt a bit lost. The tools are powerful but not always easy to figure out without prior knowledge. I did suggest they add more beginner-level guidance right inside the app.

Function but could be more beginner-friendly
While Tradematrics seems like a professional platform, as a newcomer I struggled a bit with the interface and terminology. I was hoping for more guided tutorials or demo videos within the app. The customer service team was helpful when I reached out, but I had to make the effort to ask for explanations. It's not a bad platform, but I think it assumes you already know how to trade.

Good Platform, Poor First Impression
I signed up based on a recommendation, and while the platform itself is okay, my onboarding experience was frustrating. It took almost a week for my documents to get verified, and I didn’t get clear communication. Once the account was active, things were smooth but the first impression wasn’t great.
