So I recently traded in my Meta Quest 3. Despite sending this in on the 29th it didn't get processed fully until today despite being told it would be processed on the 6th.

You're able to message them via their website though and they're very quick in responding and they seemed to prioritise my order when letting them know that it seemed to be taking longer than usual.

I sent my order like new as it hadn't been used more than a handful of times however they did reevaluate my order to say it was showing signs of use. This was only a £15 reduction so despite being disappointed it didn't pass the initial check it was still worth accepting.

If they had processed this a little quicker and with more communication with what's going on with it I would give 5 star however I just feel like it took longer than usual with little to no communication until I messaged myself chasing.

I got the best quote for my old consoles and games, everything was very straight forward.

Sent off a very good condition iPod, even took photos before I sent it as evidence. Sent in original casing too. They messaged back saying it was all scratched and had a big dent!

Used this website for the first time to sell my Nintendo Wii. Process was very straightforward with clear instructions. Collection was free and it only took a few weeks before I received payment. Would be happy to use this company again

Haven’t heard of this company previously, but must say I was very happy to deal with them. Gave very competitive prices and matched offers from other companies if theirs wasn’t enough. Send goods to them to be checked and they fully paid their original offer. Couldn’t be happier.

If I could score less than one I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I recently sent an item in to be purchased for £75. I was advised that there was a cable missing and the offer was reduced to £65. At this point I rejected the offer through the companies prompt and by messaged and asked for my item to be returned.
The company agreed to this if I agreed to pay for the return costs of £13 which I did so by PayPal. I was then informed that they had misplaced my property mmmmm…. How can you misplace my property ???? They then as they deemed swiftly dealt with the situation paid the £75 originally agreed upon to my account and refunded the £13 postage. The final agreement between myself and the company was that my goods were to be returned.
I am now in the position where I need to replace the item which is worth £289 due to them losing/misplacing my property. They are adamant that they should only compensate me £75 even though this will not allow me to purchase my property that they have fully admitting to losing/misplacing. They clearly do not have adequate company insurance in place to resolve issues related to their bad handling of other peoples property and their terms and conditions are clear ignored by themselves and it clearly states that a cooling off period is part of the the process and due to my prompt response to all communications to the company I clearly have not breached this and so should have the right to my goods being returned and if lost I would say they should be compensating me for.
The ignorance and complete lack of responsibility and even empathy by this company is shocking.

as others have said will promise one price then offer another once they have yours goods, no matter the condition they will ALWAYS offer you less, dont waste you time or effort sell elsewhere.

Was given a quote of £115 for my very good condition Xbox one X...so I went ahead,and was given a re-evaluation 10 days later of £53!.stating that they were marking me down for sending the Robot white version instead of black!..the controller had stick drift,which admittedly it has...and that it had a dent on the side..which it didn't!..
It appears this company will chip away at your original quote...finding excuses and fabricating stories,to get you to accept their far reduced quote!..or you pay £8.50 to receive your xbox back!.. poss with a 'dent' on the side of your console!

When I emailed back with my dissatisfaction of the revised quote,they came back with an improved offer of £69.

Whilst I thought,this was still an unsatisfactory amount to receive for a good condition xbox,I did not want the hassle of trying to sell privately an xbox that may be 'dented'and accepted their offer.

In my opinion...I would never advise anyone to deal with this company,but appreciate others will have better experiences.

Brilliant service and very quick payment! I organised collection via royal mail and the team took under 2 weeks to review my tech and then once I accepted their slight tweak to the valuation, I got the funds the very next day!

Not a bad service, they took some old Game figures from Disney Infinity. It just took a while for them to check the things and then send the cash. Perhaps i am just impatient.
