I've been a customer of Toy Snobs for a few years, started with picking up a Turtle-Dor and Turtle-Dak. I've bought the TMNT pillow pals and a shirt or two. My most recent order is where my issue begins. I placed an order back in January for two TMNT pillow pals. It's now been over 6 months and I've gotten no update or information, I reached out only to get their generic pre-order email. A USPS label was created early this month but nothing has shipped. At this point I can no longer recommend purchasing from this store.

I’ve been a customer of toy snobs for over 10+ years. They are top notch when it comes to their product, customer service and reputation. Will and his team always know how to hit the nostalgia bone with all their drops. A+ all around and looking forward to what they do next!

I have been a customer of ToySnobs since probably 2017! ToySnobs is such a cool and creative company. Most of the t-shirts I wear on a daily basis is from them! They offer other products too which I am proud to say lives in my collection!! Highly recommend this brand!!

Yes , the wait time may take a while but they are completely worth it 💯. I read through the 1 star reviews and apparently people don't know how to read because they state clearly that orders may take awhile. Only thing I would suggest is you have 2 email addresses and when I tried to contact you guys through the one I never got a response but when I replied to emails I got from you I got a response very fast. May want to look into that as that could be why some people claim they can't get ahold of you. But again this company is awesome and the quality of the product is absolutely worth the wait. All good things all good things 💯

This is a small company, but they deliver BIG! The quality I've received is ALWAYS worth the wait. I know that they are carefully printing each item, making sure it is of the utmost quality, as opposed to other companies who are more focused on quantity, rather than quality. That right there is what separates Toysnobs from many other in the industry. I know I can always depend on them to deliver incredible products that are not only comfortable, but quality stuff with a consistent fit, that also gets compliments every where I go. Because of that, I will continue to support these guys!

I have been purchasing from Toysnobs for YEARS,they always have amazing nostalgia driven items (shirts,blankets,towels, skateboards etc). From TMNT to MOTU to TERMINATOR to FAMILY MATTERS, etc. If you enjoy the 80s and 90s best believe they have something you're going to love. My closet is full of their Ninja Turtles and He-Man shirts, along w blankets,beach towels, and pillow buddies lol! The shirts are really comfortable and have lasted years. The blankets are soft and there's always one on my couch for when I need it. I have never had a single issue in all my years of buying from them. As long as they keep making cool stuff I'll keep giving them my money.

TOYSNOBS FAN FOR LIFE!!!! If you’re looking for nostalgia at its finest, this is definitely the company you want to rely on. Great team. I have had the pleasure meeting a few times at conventions. Quality of materials is great. But the fact that they are actual fans of nostalgia makes it so much better

For starters, you’re getting high quality products. But most importantly is the person behind ToySnobs. A fellow fan, the friend you wish you grew up with. Who shares the same passions and fandoms you do.
ToySnobs is my favorite fellow TMNT, MOTU fan.

I’ve been a fan of Toysnobs for a good while now and I can’t say enough good things about this business. Artistry 10, quality 10, customer service 10, and just all around good people 11. If you love the turtles and other nostalgic pop culture things from your childhood, this is a really cool place to get it. Support this business, you won’t be sorry.

Toy snobs has been my go to for shirts sweaters and blankets for the past few years. The original designs and quality is enough to recommend to all the homies. Added bonus is when random people compliment you in public. Im about to wear this new secret of the ooze shirt that just came in the mail.

One of the best and kindest family owned businesses I’ve ever dealt with. What I’ve personally observed is that most people with negative reviews is due to an ignorance of pre-order lead times. The same type of reviews follow all similar pre-order companies. It sucks to see negative reviews bring down the score of a business with a genuine interest and love for the things we grew up loving. I assure you if you read before you order and follow the social medias, there is no surprises on release dates or unexpected delays. Please continue to support these smaller brands that put their heart and soul into their work.

Love the designs and drops I've witnessed so far. My order showed up during the window that was listed and far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I’ve been ordering shirts from ToySnobs for a few years now and honestly love what they do for collectors and fans like us. Their preorder model allows them to create unique, niche designs without overproducing inventory, which is something I really respect as a customer.

A lot of the negative reviews seem to come from people not understanding that these items are made after the preorder window closes. If you take a minute to read the product details and understand the process, the wait makes complete sense.

In my experience, the quality has been great and the designs are always conversation starters. If you’re patient and understand you’re ordering specialty preorder gear—not Amazon-style overnight shipping—you’ll probably be really happy with what you get.

Product might take a while to receive but so damn worth it! Definitely quality over quantity. Highly recommend them. They are Toy Snobs after all.

I've been waiting over 3 months for my order and finally had to cancel. Probablly should have read the reviews before ordering. I suspect this is a fake/fraudulent company based on the comments of their IG account which has now been disabled. Buyers beware.

After reading that my order would take 10-12 weeks (after pre orders) I asked to cancel my order and mentioned "I've never seen a wait time this long for ordering online", I received an email back: "we'd appreciate it if you didn't tell us how to run our business, we've been operating for 10 years, etc". "You obviously didn't read our guidelines". Yea, it's my bad for not catching the 3-4 month wait time, but to fire back insults and just plain rudeness was something I've. never experienced in a business.

I was about to make a purchase from them from an Instagram post but saw a comment about the bad reviews on here. I left a comment about the bad reviews and got an aggressive response from whoever runs their instagram just for commenting about bad reviews I saw . I was about to buy almost an entire peewee Herman collection but I’m glad I didn’t. The person that commented to me just told me basically to get lost lol . When I see reviews saying a company is a scam it’s concerning sorry. I didn’t deserve a crappy response. I’d rather support artists business that creates their own art and products and doesn’t copy other people’s ideas and licenses to make profit off of something that isn’t theirs anyway. The attitude towards new customers is horrible . Toy SNOBS is the correct name for their business for sure. If you want to be ignored or treated like crap then this is the place to go!

Garbage company do not purchase, worst customer service ever!!!!! They do not respond appropriately or professionally to emails. Canceled my order because of the communication response. When I did get a response it was arrogant and ignorant. All I wanted was an update to my order which was 4 months ago.

Completely ripped off. Order in December. No contact, no response to several emails. Eventually said they missed the order after months of trying to contact. Said it would ship end of feb, didn't actually get a ups label until the end of march. Since then, ups says its not even been dropped with them. Absolute scam. Now ignored about 10 emails, said they'd look into it on Instagram, no response. Deleting all my comments on their page, still, though. Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. Wouldn't even wear the tshirt if it came now, such terrible service.

Update: they freaked out on Instagram, called me a clown, and said they'd refund. Blocked me on everything. Raised it through MasterCard because i didnt believe them. Got my refund this morning, which proves they DIDN'T even ship it in March when they made the UPS label.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

I have screenshots of the owner of this business telling me to f off and calling me a clown. I tried contacting them repeatedly for months with no response, so i DID comment on their Instagram, saying I had felt ripped off and the item hadn't shipped. They said they would look into it and then didn't respond again. I never received ANY updates and when the preorder says it'll ship in 6 to 8 weeks, it was ordered in December and hadn't had any details about shipping until the end of March. In a response to an email they said they missed my order entirely too, so that's great service. There was never any updates on delays, and the communication was extremely poor. Good luck to the people who buy from you, because the reviews here and telling a very different story, same with the commenters on your social media. Avoid.
