Very legit company. Hired them to hold my big bags for 8 days, while I was traveling in remote areas of South Africa. They met me at my hotel, collected bags and then met me at domestic pick up when I arrived back. If you’re traveling a lot and have excess luggage OR going on a safari, where often there are baggage limits due to small airplanes taking you to remote areas, this is your company for baggage storage. Very professional!

Great service - very responsive and we’re waiting for us on arrival at the airport and at the hotel in our return, even though we were a bit later than planned. Payment made on pick up and can be done by card - would definitely recommend!

This was our first time using Tour With Ease to take/store/return our non-safari luggage at JNB and we will definitely use them again! They were there the moment we popped out of customs upon our first arrival and there the moment we popped out again after safari. They even walked us to our proper check-in counter for our connecting international flight (and if you've traversed JNB before, you know it's not the easiest of places to navigate).
They were pleasant, punctual, and cost-effective - what more can you ask for!?!

Booked Tour With Ease for our suitcase storage in Johannesburg. Case was picked up by Alex and Racquel at our hotel as requested.
Four days later we returned to Johannesburg and there they were waiting for us as we cleared the customs hall.
We were expecting to be also met by a driver to take us to our hotel but no one was there. Alex and Racquel would not leave us. They called the hotel and checked what was happening and stayed until the driver arrived.
It is so refreshing to meet great poeple who really care about their clients and their help was very much appreciated.
On top of that their storage charge was exceptionally reasonable and our case came back to us just as we left it. First class in every respect.

We used Tour with Ease two times on our trip to southern Africa: once on arrival in Johannesburg, for handling and storage of a bicycle that I would not use during the South Africa segment of our trip; then again on the next-to-last day, when I had the bicycle plus two large bags and was traveling alone.
Alex and Racquel were very prompt, meeting me in the first public area after each flight. They escorted us to where we would meet our hotel shuttle, were very friendly and helpful which was a very nice feeling especially on our first arrival in Africa. Then they met me well ahead of time for my outbound flights. Their prices are quite reasonable, I highly recommend them. Their service helps make it possible to travel on your own in southern Africa.

Me and my husbond needed storage of 2 golf bags at O R Tambo airport, Johannesburg while we went on a safari. We mailed Tour With Ease and booking storage was quick and easy. Very fast respons to mail contact.
Alex and his wife was waiting for us with a signboard after we had collected our baggage and cleared customs. They even assisted us to get to our connecting flight.
Returning from the safari we had an overnight layover before flying to Mauritius. Alex again met us to return our golf bags and even assisted us all the way to the hotel lobby at our airport hotel.
I highly recommend Tour With Ease. They are very friendly and serviceminded and actually cheaper to use than the storage facility at the airport. Their collect and assist service makes it so easy and we would definately use them again!
