Would highly recommend Alex and his team when in need of luggage storage. The service was outstanding. Alex replied promptly to our emails and delivered excellent service. He picked up our suitcase at our airport hotel at Johannesburg airport and delivered it back to us at the agreed upon time and place at the end of our trip at the airport again. Service with a big smile 😊

Alex and his team provide an excellent, reliable and value for money service. Highly recommended if you need to have some bags stored for a few days.
After touring round South Africa for 4 weeks we wanted to leave some of our bags securely as we made a final short regional trip from and then back to JNB airport.
Tour with Ease seemed to be best option and delighted with chose them.
Alex and his team provided an excellent and personal service, Replied promptly to emails, took calls to explain things and then Alex personally met us at the airport to collect the bags and then again was there in person to meet us on our return. He kept in touch by text/ email so we knew where to meet. He only takes payment once bags are safely returned.

We needed to store part of our luggage storage at O.R. Tambo Johannesburg airport as we were going on an inflight safari after our trip around southern Africa . Tour with Ease gave us very personal and reliable service. The owner Alex was there for the pick up of our luggage and met us on the agreed upon time and location to collect the bags. Upon return he was already waiting for us and we received the bags at the airport for our flight home. You pay after the service. Everything goes smooth and very easy.
Would defenitely recommend and use their service again.

Truly excellent service from this small owner-run luggage storage company at OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg. We booked via email two days beforehand and received immediate confirmation. We were met by Alex off our flight in the arrivals hall and handed over the suitcases we didn't need on the next leg of our journey. When we flew back through Johannesburg five days later, we were again met off our flight and collected our bags. Payment was made when we got our bags back. Much easier than having to go to the A-Teck office and only very slightly more expensive. Highly recommended - very friendly and helpful.

We stored our excess luggage with Tour with Ease and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Alex and Raquel. Everything was arranged and done very smoothly. I will certainly use their services again in the future

I was travelling from London to Johannesburg and connecting to Harare the same day. Then four days later I was gonna fly from Harare to East London via Johannesburg again and I needed storage for my luggage for the four days between my flights in Johannesburg. I emailed these guys and they were quick to respond and explain how everything works.

When I landed they were waiting to pick up my luggage and on my return flight they were there waiting with my luggage again when I landed. These guys were just fantastic. Keep up the great work.

Excellent and personal service from Alex and Raquel! We had lots of luggage stopping over for a weeks experience in Eswatini and Kruger, leaving most of our bags with Tour with ease. It was super easy as they met us at arrival at Johannesburg airport to collect the bags and then returning them to us at check-in one week later. It enabled us to travel light and even getting away with renting a smaller car, probably covering the cost of the luggage service..!

Alex provided fantastic door-to-door service for our luggage from Cape Town directly to ORT airport. We had a lot of luggage upon arriving in Cape Town and Tour with Ease allowed us to travel lightly within Africa.

Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Tour with Ease. We were met by Alex at Johannesburg airport. We were supposed to leave a main case with Tour with Ease but it got mistakenly transferred directly on to our next destination. Alex met us at the airport as arranged and was so helpful in assisting us to try to resolve the issue. He spent well over two hours but we jointly agreed it was not worth risking missing our onward flight. Despite having to wait for us and spending so much time with us he did not charge anything as we could not get the back the case for him to store. Just amazing friendly/ welcoming service which, if we get a chance, we will definitely use again. Alex thank you so much for being so helpful and kind.

Alex collected our 2 large bicycle boxes in Pretoria and delivered the boxes to us at Qatar check in as promised. Never mind being on time he was early.

I was traveling for 5 weeks. The 1st part of this was for work, and I didn't want to have to cart all my work items around for the holiday portion. The booking and storage of the luggage was easy with Tour with Ease. Someone met us at the airport hotel - exactly when they said, and returned the luggage as expected (actually, earlier, which suited us perfectly - as they were waiting as we arrived at the hotel to check in. I was thinking I need to check the time - and there they were). I would recommend this service to anyone heading off on safari or needing luggage stored for any reason.

I used Alex at Tour With Ease to store a suitcase at Johannesburg airport in November 2024 while I did a safari with limited luggage allowance. Everything went superbly - someone was at the arrivals hall with my name on a sign, took my suitcase and when I returned a week later Alex was there (again with a sign!) with my suitcase ready to check in for my next flight. Fantastic service, lovely friendly couple. Thoroughly recommend!

Excellent service - prompt response to enquiries and everything worked like clockwork. Alex was waiting where he said he would be, assisted us with checking in for our next flight and was there when we got back with our bags and a cheerful greeting.

Raquel et Alex super gentilles et efficace. Arrivée dans la nuit avec ma fille de 11 ans et un peu craintive pour sortir de l'aéroport, ils ont veillés à ce qu'on rentre dans le bon bus pour nous emmener a l'hôtel. Je les ai confié mes bagages et le lendemain ils étaient a l'heure a l'aéroport avec nos bagages.
A notre retour de l'île Maurice, je les ai remis mes bagages (étant en transit a Johburg) avec une tranquillité d'esprit, nous avons pris l'avion le lendemain, ils nous attendait a l'aéroport avec nos bagages.
Pour moi ce sont les meilleurs, par leur ponctualité, ouverture d'esprit. Vous pouvez leur poser tout les questions que vous souhaitez sur l'Afrique du Sud. Ils vous aideront. Ce sont des gens de coeurs ❤️
Je recommande a 1000 pourcent les yeux fermés.

I had left my surfboards in storage at the hotel in Johannesburg as I was going on a safari tour. Tourwithease helped me in collecting the bag from my hotel in my behalf and delivering it upon my arrival at the airport. Really nice service for a really fair price.

On our trip to South Africa we required a place to store our bags in Johannesburg whilst we explored Cape Town before our Safari and I’m so glad we came across Tour with ease! I had read reviews about the storage at the airport which didn’t seem so positive however Tour with ease had rave reviews and I can see why. Alex was very prompt with replying to emails and booking in our collection and drop off at our hotel. The collection and drop off was smooth and effortless.
