Impressive!
We have been very impressed with the service from TRS. We have had solar panels with a battery installed. From an initial visit, quote and installation it only took 2-3 months and the team has been responsive when we have had queries. They also took the time to explain things in easy to understand language; facilitate hooking up our existing Zappi into the system and coming up with good ideas on further good practice in terms of efficient and environmentally friendly heating, some of which we will be going ahead with imminently.

The team are very responsive and highly knowledgeable. Everyone we have dealt with at TRS are extremely helpful and friendly. Our installation went really well and the after-sales care has been great. We have an air source heat pump and solar panels and we are very pleased with both.

Total renewables have recently designed, supplied and installed our new development site with air source heating. Their service from the start through to the sign off was very efficient. Work was carried out within the timescales we required and they stayed within budget. Highly reccomend and we will be using them on all of our future projects.

I have worked with Luke and his team from the start and watched them grow into a successful and well run company . From the start of each job we do for them they have one point of contact , which helps run the job smoothly and if there are any issues we work them out together .
It also gives us access to the design team and engineers if we have a question , which is invaluable within the industry

I had a heat pump fitted by Total Renewable Solutions in December 2020. From the outset, I found them a very professional firm to deal with. My initial contact was with Ryan Peacock, who was and has continued to be very supportive. Initial requirements were discussed and adapted as needed so that we came up with the best possible design for my house. The workmen did a good job and were helpful and friendly, and they coped willingly and admirably with some unexpected complications to do with the removal of my oil tank. Detailed paperwork was supplied throughout, including all the relevant guarantees and certification, and a very helpful lady in the office gave advice on my RHI application. I have had a few faults with the system, mostly teething problems, and have been very impressed with Ryan’s prompt responses (Sundays included!), resulting in the faults being swiftly rectified. I consider ongoing support to be very important for an installation such as this, and so far, cannot fault TRS on this front. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend TRS.

TRS are an excellent company to deal with. I’ve been using them to design all my ASHP and underfloor installation for 5 years now without any problems. My main point of call is Ryan, who is very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions. He has taken to hassle out of applying for MCS and BUS grants for all my customers. They only supply me with quality products that they trust.

He clearly knows his work and was able to clarify and help me fully understand the intricacies of the heat pump operation. Great value servicing, and easy and efficient booking.

We went through quite a complicated renovation which took a lot longer than expected. Throughout the design, installation and commissioning Total were flexible and communicated well with us, the builder, the man who did our external insulation and render, the plumber, electrician and architect. We've learnt a lot working with these guys and we found them incredibly patient, helpful and accommodating. The system works extremely well, we've a heat pump, new radiators, underfloor heating, panels, car charger and some clever apps which I'm still learning about!!

Great experience with TRS when they installed our ground source heat pump for barn conversion. They did all calculations and worked well with our builders to make sure pump and insulation work together. Worked well all last winter and we have a warm house.
