The company I purchased from easy to work with good price and product works great. Super quiet installed in bedroom of RV and you can barely hear it run.

I installed a Twin Air Handler Tosot 18K Mini Split in my garage. It’s a 4 car garage, which I insulated very well. They now keep it very cool, even when it is 93 outside! Super quiet, controlled by my iPhone. Love them!!

I purchased a dual zone mini split from TOSOT and am thoroughly pleased with its performance. After installation was initially completed, one zone wouldn’t cool but the other would. I wrote to the TOSOT Direct team and they replied back the next business day with a solution. I forwarded their solution (which was a simple rearrangement made to the wiring) to my HVAC installer. Two days after the TOSOT Direct support team emailed me their solution, they contacted me again just to make sure everything was working. That is really great customer service. Thanks TOSOT and their support team!

I love the cooling and heating features of my unit and the low cost that it provides. The only problem I have is it clogs and water comes out the front of the unit. I keep the filters clean. So far it has clogged up 2 times since had it installed a year ago. I have got it serviced twice. I hope the last time will be the last. Other than that I love it.

Everything was fine. all the parts were included and everything works great. I had to run the refrigeration lines through a very small attic about 8 feet and down through a deck about another 15 ft. since the new refrigerant is "flammable" and it recommends a larger space in order to not create a hazard i just enclosed the lines in a flexible aluminum duct with a "drain" to the outside.
this would be a 5 star review but, you can not substitute a 25 ft line set for the 16 ft that is included. now i have a complete 16 ft line set with electrical etc. seems like a waste.

equipment works great i will like buy some additional units in the future.

I have installed 2 separate mini-splits and they have been one of the very best improvements to our home. They are quiet, efficient and they look good on the wall. I put one in our bedroom so I don't have to cool the whole house at night, and now we sleep even better.

Pulling a vacuum on the lines was alpy simpler than what the YouTube video people have shown. The lines have a Schrader valve which prevents the vacuum from escaping when removing the lines. None of the YouTube videos revealed that.

We couldn't get a 220v circuit to where we had our cooling problem (back bedroom). So, we bought the 115v, 9000btu version. I was leery of so small of a unit. We were able to install it ourselves after viewing numerous U-Tube videos. Super quiet and cools this problem room really good. We got a "free" mounting bracket for the outside unit. This required some reinforcing as it was a bit flimsy.

Recently I purchased two 1200 btu mini splits . One of the two outdoor unuts had a compressor malfunction and I notified customer service. Mason with customer service has been very helpful and after several e-mails trying to correct the problem he decided to send me a replacement outdoor unit. Ive been very happy with the one unit that is working and am looking forward to getting the second unit back up and running. Tosots customer service was both freindly and fair and they wasted no time getting this issue resolved for me. In the near future Ill be purchasing a third unit. Im really liking the concept of no air ducts and these units are both quite and efficient. I very much appreciate the fact they are standing by their product and everyone I have dealt with has been freindly, fair and very helpful. I highly recommend this company and product.

Works great in keeping my shop cool. 105 outside and 72 inside. Straight forward installation, I wish it had a template for mounting the inside unit but using a tape measure you can make it work. Electrical and copper lines were easy as well. Overall took 4 hours total.

It has been great with all this hot weather this summer I’m from Vermont and the only problem is that efficiency of Vermont won’t give me a rebate on it because it’s not on there list . But overall it’s been great easy to in stall

After some research I ordered the model with the ERV which no other manufacturer seems to have, at least at the time I ordered the unit. I ordered direct from Tosot and delivery was quick and right to my garage door. As every install conditions are different mine was pretty cut and dry, outdoor unit was installed right behind the wall of the indoor unit. I cut the line set to the min length and flared the ends. If it wasn't for the drilling into concrete I would have been done in 3 hours at most.
I would recommend getting a pump to remove and moisture from the system prior to releasing the charge. All in all, easy to install and works great!

Easy install. Its used in a remodeled attic so the humidity and heat really should have installed two.

Just installed 2 of the 3-Ton Central Ducted units for my Fmaily, 1 think i love is that really caught my attention when i received it was the Filter Houseing was built into the unit, and not something extra that i had to account and install myself. Another + that i never thought about is the connections to the King Valves, its all Compression elimanting the need of having to Braze near the Valves. Something as simple as these 2 things makes the Install so much better. I did add a Line Surge Protector just for my self knowing how sensitive electronics are nowadays, better peace of mind. Will definatly be my Go to for INVERTER systems.

Over the past two years, I’ve purchased three Tosot Mini-Split Air Conditioners, and I continue to be impressed by their quality and affordability. I installed all three units myself, and each setup was smooth and straightforward—definitely DIY-friendly.

One unit did stop working after a couple of weeks, but Tosot’s customer service was exceptional. They responded promptly, diagnosed the issue accurately, and resolved it to my complete satisfaction—all at no cost.

I had a problem after a DIY installation of the TOSOT 24,000 BTU 240 V mini-split. The unit would not respond to the remote control commands and seemed dead. I contacted TOSOT support and they got back to me right away with a request for information and pictures of my wiring connections. Support quickly got back to me with the fix and it worked right away and my unit is now cooling very well. Thanks TOSOT support!

In December of 2024 I purchased a TOSOT 30K dual zone mini split from TOSOT DIRECT. The unit arrived promptly and I braved the cold to install it, replacing an older system. I immediately saw a large decrease in my electric bill and the new TOSOT unit worked flawlessly. I found the folks at TOSOT DIRECT great to work with and prompt to answer any questions for wonderful customer support. I have just ordered and received my second TOSOT mini split , a Cosmos 36K single zone and look forward to installing it in my garage. TOSOT ROCKS!!!.

So far my experience is great! Ordering went smoothly and customer service even changed the RV AC color for me after I placed the order. Shipping was fast, but I was surprised the large RV AC unit was not packed better. However, despite box damage, the AC Heat Pump unit was in good shape. TBD on how well it works once it is installed.

Excellent customer service. Have several units and all work fine. Had one with issues and it was replaced at no charge. Mason is great to deal with. They stand behind their product.
