I really really appreciate the customer service the website is really good the only thing is and the target I ordered looked a little different that the image on the website and one of my arrows nocks was broken other that that I'm really happy about my order.

I recieved an excellent set of wooden arrows and in excellent time, but the knocks were of a cheap plastic and were too big for my generous serving. I have been forced to shoot one over, two under in order to keep the arrow from falling off the string.
Otherwise, excellent wooden arrows! I really hope you can remedy the knock situation.

The custume service was perfect before and during the purchase, always helping me, within a short time, with clear instrutions and answers. And, for a bonus, being gentle and comprehensive during all that.

i ordered new arrows for my compound bow because the previous ones i used kept snapping when they would impact the target, and these arrows have held up leagues above the old ones!

I have not received my order yet, but it is in transit. The bow I originally ordered and paid for said on the main website that it was in stock and ready to ship, but a few days later I received an Email from customer support stating that the bow was in fact out of stock and would not be restocked for a long time.

I was given the option for another bow and some included gifts which did sweeten the pot, and I hope I have better experiences with them in the future.

Received the bow and most of the accessories in a timely fashion. The things that weren't included were sent, unexpectedly, very quickly. This is a gift and everything was received in a timely fashion, even those things that had to be shipped separately.

It came fast. It is nice.

I purchased the Archery set as a Gift to a friend.

Product was very nice quality and delivery was fast. 9 days from China to Arkansas, very nice. Arrows are very beautiful.

Everything arrived as promised, packaged well and in great condition.

The bow came right on time and nothing was missing. The package was a little damaged and I question if they gave me the wrong bow string for it since it was a bit short but otherwise everything else was great.

First of all, the product was shipped from China in less than desirable packaging. I ordered a beginner bow and had to assemble it with NO instructions. Pathetic. I will never do business with this site again.

Everything came in fine. The packaging was a little beat up but the bow was straight.
