I had a few issues with the delivery app (out of their hands), however Julia was a customer service angel. She addressed the issue immediately with apologies and solutions to the problem. Truly a wonderful asset to the company.

The quality of the equipment is exceptional as well 10/10 just have patience with the delivery app.

Honest and up front about the amount of time delivery would take. Warden 1.0 bow arrived well packaged as did the accessories I ordered. Would highly recommend, just understand delivery time might be awhile. Bow was easy to assemble and fit and finish was excellent. Thank you TopArchery!

I ordered my bow directly from TopArchery and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. I haven’t finished setting it up yet but everything looks very good. It has a great draw with no stacking at 27 1/2 inches. I’m looking forward to getting arrows built for it heading to the range.

The communications and contact make for a great archery community experience. You will feel like part of a team. You will be comfortable with the process and be kept informed the whole time. I 100 % trust says it all.

The customer service from Julia at Top Archery was fantastic. There was a long wait for the bow I was looking to purchase because of high demand, but when a bow that was close to the poundage I wanted became available, Julia contacted me and asked if I wanted it. I bought the bow and now I will be purchasing one for my son.
I often shoot with my Dad, and brothers, and they have thousand-dollar Black Widow, Robertson, and Timber Hawk bows. I compete just as well with my Top Archery bow.

Communication was good. It took longer to receive the bow but Top Archery gave me a heads up in advance so I appreciated that. After 2 months I am very happy with the bow. I changed the string, bought new arrows and outfitted the bow with a new quiver. It looks and shoots great!

It has been a long time since I have done business with a company that cares for their customers. I have absolutely no complaints about Top Archery, would highly recommend this company! Ordered warden 1.0 40# 3weeks ago .they gave me order # . Shows no order # that they sent. No tracking #. Sent 8 or 10 emails never answered. What is their problem? Very disappointed! Don't even know if they are sending me a bow.

The bow came in perfect condition with extremely fast shipping. The arrows were study and straight. Very easy straightforward instructions with all gear in top condition. Would definitely buy again from top archery. The best .......seriously.

If I could give this a zero I would. Do not use to hunt, do not teach children to shoot with it. Throw it away. They sell you two exact same limbs and tell you they are different. This bow is dangerous and not in a good way

This company is disgraceful they don’t want customers to be able to return faulty and damaged products I will never use these ever again it’s disgusting the way I have been treated

I watched a review of the 60"takedown bow with the bamboo limbs and felt good about the order. When I received everything I put it together and compared it to my PSE. The bow was quieter than the PSE and lighter in weight yet is highly effective. It was nice to see a good quality riser that felt good in the hand tho it was missing the mounting points for any attachments which would have given it 5 stars. It would be nice to also see limbs available for this model to upgrade without having to buy a whole setup.

I found it easy to contact a representative for Top Archery. Although initially my issue was not solvable, but they did not give up and the representative Julia was able to maintain contact with me and CREATE a solution which solved my problem! Im certain that fixing my problem will help other customers and this shows me that this company is intrepid and forward thinking- which I like. Often, other companies are not nearly as good as Top Archery. They already make a really great product- great customer service just makes it perfect!

I cannot praise Top Archery enough for the service that they have provided to me in connection with my last two bow purchases from them. Exceptional !!!
I originally ordered a 10# junior 3 piece take down for my 8 yr old grandson. It was an excellent value offer and arrived very quickly and well packaged and protected. It was quickly apparent that I had purchased a bow that was too light for him and it was passed onto his younger sister. I contacted TOP ARCHERY and Julia L lead me through my options. I bought the same bow again with 16# limbs, which was despatched in 2 days but intercepted by and returned by China Customs/Export. I again contacted Julia who had a replacement bow with me in 5 days - which included 12 complimentary arrows for the Customs delay, although it had not been TOP ARCHERY'S responsibility. Well done Julia L and TOP ARCHERY - from one very satisfied customer.
