I've ordered from this company a few times and delivery has always been a bit hit and miss, but this experience takes the biscuit.

I placed my order on 4 June on a 3-day delivery service. It's now June 17th, nothing has arrived, and the tracking still states that my order is "being prepared for dispatch".

I've sent six emails and received only one response, which stated:

"None of the orders sent out this week have updated with Royal Mail... If they do not update, they will all be sent out again on Monday."

However, my order was placed and should have been dispatched before the period referred to in that email!

Update:
3 weeks after placing the order I was contacted to say they have upgraded the product free of charge, and I would get a 50% discount off my next order if I updated my review to reflect the outcome, hence the update. Good finally arrived three weeks late.

I still haven’t received my order! This was the reply from Antonia from tonic-vault on Friday 12 June 2026 below;

I hope you're well!

I'm incredibly sorry, but it appears that none of the orders sent out this week have updated with Royal Mail. We are trying to determine what the issue is, and because it is quite a lot of orders we can't send them all out again in case it happens again. If they do not update, they will all be sent out again on Monday, with extra product as compensation and a discount code off your next order. If this is not acceptable, we can also issue you a 100% refund. Once again, I am very sorry about this.

I still haven’t received my order it’s now Tuesday 16th June 2026 I have emailed few times no more reply! I want my 100% Refund back into my bank account. I don’t think the reviews of this company are genuine more like paid reviews.

I've been ordering off Tonic Vault for a good couple of years.
Always but always great products, great customer service and most of all
outstanding prices.

Amazing flower, old and new. I am sincerely taken back at the quality of the varieties and being an old customer, I do sadly know what I am talking about as I am a major depender on flower and also specific varieties. I would pay double for even greenhouse and many indoor varieties, and would financially fight back for Northern Lights to be stocked. Anyway, I do not see tonic vault going anywhere but far into the future and I am happy for them. You should too.

Used Tonic Vault a few times now and honestly can’t fault them. Packages always come nice and discreet, products are on point, and everything has been quality every time. Delivery can sometimes take a little longer, but you can’t rush greatness 😂

Customer service and overall experience have always been solid and I’ve recommended these guys to loads of people already. Genuinely think this is one of the best out there. Nothing bad to say at all thankyou.

I ordered an ounce of one strain and a half of another. When the package came they had sent me 50g of the one strain. I messaged to clarify it wasn't a mistake and they told me due to there being a glitch showing the half in stock, it wasn't, so they sent me a little more as a gesture of good will and refunded the half ounce. Amazing service, delivery was swift and discreet.

Tonic vault are very good at delivering quickly.and they always have what you ordered.I have been with them for at least 6 to 7 years now.

Over my last three orders, I’ve had to follow up each time regarding shipping. My most recent order was for 28g of Bruce Banner. I am very familiar with this strain and its quality, and what I received was not Bruce Banner. The product was low quality, despite being charged a premium price. This raises concerns about consistency and honesty, which appear to be declining.

Stuff is disgusting it tastes like smoking hey or some herbs!! Guality is bad never smoked worst bud in my life it ment to be pineapple and its more like smoking pepper herbs the there is more stems than the bud its self and few of the buds had mould on it !!! Utter disgrace! Packaging so bad too and named with a marker 🤣Never buying from this company again

What I got sent was nothing like what it was advertised then contacted though email about it and after brief conversation about sending a better bit I got ignored so not good really after all the good stuff I hear about the company quite disappointed
