The rs11 bud has zero flavour and terpenes , imo badly grown and not given the correct foods or cured correctly, won't be purchasing again and it was a 5 star I purchased

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry the RS11 wasn’t to your taste, but we respectfully disagree that it has no flavour or aroma. We find it has a very pleasant smell, though everyone’s preferences can differ.
RS11 is listed in our greenhouse section and is outdoor-grown, so it will naturally look and feel different from our indoor strains. If you’re looking for a denser flower with a stronger aroma, you may prefer one of our indoor options.

Hi Trevor, we feel this review is unfair, as your order was dispatched on time. Monday was a bank holiday, which needs to be taken into account when counting working days.
Royal Mail tracking currently shows your parcel is at your local delivery office and due for delivery today. We appreciate that waiting is frustrating, but there was no delay in dispatching your order. Please contact us if it hasn’t arrived by the end of today so we can follow up.

I love it, it's a very nice smoke it chills you right out and gets you to bed. I only found out about CBD cannabis recently and I'm glad I did. Smoking weed without the anxiety and freakout is great.

Hi, we’re disappointed to see this review as there appears to be some confusion. You ordered 2 × 1g, meaning 2g in total. I personally prepared your order and, as we had a 3g jar remaining, I sent the full 3g jar, giving you an additional 1g completely free of charge.
Both 1g items were therefore combined into the single 3g jar nothing was missing from your order. In fact, you received more than you paid for.
We always want our customers to receive exactly what they order, and in this instance we went above that. We hope you’ll reconsider the 1-star review now that this has been clarified.

This is my second order as I was happy with the first order.
However this order was supposed to be 28grams was on 17 grams so it was under. The order was completey wrong as it wasnt what i had ordered andit was under in weight. When I called the number on the website the guy said wrong number and hung up!!! I am not happy and I want my correct order sent to me immediately. Order #6667
