Abbie was absolutely brilliant , she did a scalp bleach on me and got me to the blondest i’ve ever been!! could not recommend her enough , she was so lovely and so honest the whole way through the process. 5/5 stars for her and the experience x

I chose Toni&Guy Bath for my bridal hair and I am delighted with it! The trial for me and my two bridesmaids was a wonderful experience, with the care and attention to get exactly what we wanted. I particularly enjoyed the head massage :) on my wedding day, the same ladies who took care of us on trial day came to the hotel where we were getting ready and they made us feel extremely relaxed. It was like a group of girls having a good time together and not a stressful wedding day!! I also felt that my hair stylist Shannon really took the time to do exactly what I wanted and also gave me her opinions on how to make it even better! A great experience and true professionals!

Do not get fouled by the advertisement “£15 for a 20 min indian head massage”
It is basically a wash and rubbing your head for few 10 min with conditioner ( nothing special at all, I had an indian head massage before and believe its no near close to this) basically they wash your hair and ask you if you want your hair dried, and obviously no one would answer no this, and thats the catch, they charge you £20 to dry your hair, so basically you are paying £35 to have your hair washed, massage the conditioner for few min and dry your hair?????? So misleading..disappointed of how people/ businesses can’t wait to get you in and get more money from you 😔
The young hairdresser ( her name is Abbie) was not happy at all from the beginning, I felt like she was petting a dog while massaging me, you could feel how there was nothing for her to gain out of this service and the money comes probably from the blow drying or other services that she could get me to buy.. i said i dont think is fair to kick me out with a freshly dripping wet hair just because u want me to pay for the a dry, this should be mentioned in the advertisement and when making the booking, it is not fair! Her attitude was disrespectful as she start talking louder to gain everyone’s attention and eventually she was hopping for me to have an attitude back so she could then have an excuse not to finish her job..why is she there if she is not happy to be doing this job?!?!?!
In conclusion please be aware of this offer catch and I definitely can guarantee you that it is not worth the money, what they do is basically same as you would wash your hair at home and massage conditioner 😅

I visit this salon regularly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always get a friendly welcome, anything you need is never too much to ask for. The standards of the salon are excellent always clean, staff are friendly. Would Highly recommend this salon.
