You've got to be joking
Our business has been a customer for over 10 years. Recently we ordered replacement cartridges as we have done many times before for our one printer. Unfortunately, part of the order was the wrong cartridges, which we have never ordered before, and others were the correct ones. When contacting Inkstation via email, we were told that we had made this mistake and that they could not possibly have made this error as the invoice stated the correct items. After sending them photos of the items received, they still insisted that we had it wrong, and demanded to receive photos of the original packaging/box in which the order was supplied. Sorry guys you've lost us as a customer and we will not recommend your business to anyone.
