Had a great time, the class was well instructed and the overall studio space is great. Only improvement would be to have better washing hand facilities as it gets quite messy, and also aprons as they kept breaking!

Had a really nice experience at Token Studio with my friend. The activity itself was fun and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the end felt a bit rushed, it would be helpful if there were time updates or timestamps during the session so you know how much time you have left. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it.

Top class. This wor a Xmas prezzie, dint know wat to expect but it was great, ta.

We had fun!!! Nice instructor taught us .

Amazing experience I loved it was such an exciting and fun time will recommend to go other to go

The experience started 20 minutes late, which we understand things happen. However, the whole experience was completely rushed. The instructor had 0 interest in helping anyone - you would ask for his help and he would either ignore you or do it for you in the quickest time possible, rather than explaining. He was focusing on two people only and the other 15 people were just left. You are provided with the tiniest amount of clay and therefore can only make small items. It took around 10-15 minutes to wait for a blow torch which then delayed everything else and he would move on to the next part without majority having finished the part before.
When moving on to the painting section, we were given 15 minutes to paint which involved 15-20 people waiting to use 3 hairdryers. The whole experience felt very rushed and unprofessional and quite uncomfortable at times.
Because of how rushed we were and the awful experience, we declined paying the extra £10 to glaze so we were thrust a paper plate and a co-op carrier bag. Awful experience, please avoid.

Was a great first time pottery experience. Be prepared to try and fail over and over until you finally get it right.

Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time coming here to pottery it was a positive and creative vibe there it was fun and all the staff were very nice and helpful.

Had an amazing time here creating my own cup. Would definitely recommend

It was a fantastic experience. Really enjoyed it!

Total scam - you will end up in a circular online journey where you have to enter multiple codes - when you contact them you then get a very abusive reply - it’s actually quite sad.

Be very careful as you will lose your money.

I was told to write a bad review if I want to "embarrass" myself, so here goes, but I'll keep it short... believe the negative feedback!!! Management's responses tell you everything you need to know. It's so bad it's comical.

Edit: For the record, my pot is adorable LOL! Oh, and 'expert' is highly subjective.

I had a great time, and the staff were incredibly helpful. While making my clay vase, I made a few mistakes, but the staff patiently guided me through fixing them every time. I especially enjoyed the painting and decorating part and was really happy with my final result.

love my plate

So much fun! It was great to experience the whole process from beginning to end. Not sure how my piece will turn out haha! But it will be one for the memory book for sure! I would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience with an attentive teacher. The class was fun and a great introduction to the basics of pottery. We were able to create, design and paint our pots. I’ve developed a real appreciation for the art and would love to take more classes in the future.

Wouldn't recommend. We were rushed through it. Poor communication. Very low quality paint....more like slop.

End result not usable.

Had a fantastic time with some friends. The instructor was really clear on his instructions and super helpful. Who knew you could make pottery in a microwave?! Definitely trying this at home with the new skills I learnt, thank you Token Studio!
