I ordered the wrong size sneakers for my toddler, but was able to coordinate the shipping of a new order with one of the team members. The ToeTots rep who helped me was super quick to respond and clear in communication. The sneakers are SO cute too--great, durable material. We love them!

Recently received an order quick delivery but very bad quality and not the right sizes may as well have ordered off Temu or shein and saved money plus been able to return if needed. No customer service replies. Untrustworthy.

Shoes came without its own brand printed. Quality didnt feel like the amount we paid for the shoes. Definitely feels like a cheap shoe resold at a very high price.

Very understanding when I needed to change the shoes for my baby. Responded promptly and gave clear guidance.

Shipping took a little longer than expected, but the shoes are totally worth it. The quality is amazing, and my daughter refuses to wear anything else now. We got so many compliments at the park!

It took about 2 weeks to receive the shoes and they look as described. However, these are clearly from Temu or another cheap website. The sandals I bought also have squeakers in them when my toddler walks. I would never have bought these if I'd known. I wouldn't buy from them again.

This is the second time I have ordered from Toetots and I plan on purchasing again in the near future! What I love about their shoes is that they are lightweight, comfortable and made of great quality materials! We found their Cali air mesh sneakers meets the needs of living in the Mediterranean and having an active toddler with sweaty feat, which definitely needs a pair of breathable shoes for the summer. Toetots customer support is beyond helpful and focused on their customers needs 100%. I would higly reccomend them and their products!

The sandals I bought were too small for my grandson so I emailed the company and was told to keep them bc shipping would be too expensive and that they would send me the size I wanted and just pay shipping charges. They couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I will certainly purchase from them in the future. The shoes/sandals are all very cute.

Encantada con la calidad del producto y aún más con el servicio. Las primeras zapatillas me llegaron un poco pequeñas, pero el proceso de cambio fue facilísimo y la atención al cliente, brutal. Cercanos, rápidos y muy atentos. Da gusto encontrar marcas que realmente se preocupan por sus clientes. ¡Repetiré sin duda!

SCAM ??? I've been charged but NO confirmation email and unable to track my order. Saying order number not found. @toetotskids. I have emailed for help and messaged on Instagram but no reply! Really disappointing. ARE THEY A SCAM? ITS LOOKING LIKELY!

We used to exclusively buy Old Soles for our babies/toddlers. Now I’m a total convert to Toetots. I was not expecting the amazing quality for the price. And just how cute they are. They hold up to wear and tear, a huge issue I have with cheap Amazon shoes.

Solved the problem

At first, there was some problem with my order. The delivery took longer than my expectations. However after I seek help from support team through Instagram, they assisted me so well. And after all I feel really appreciate their effort and their super good customer service. The quality of shoes are good and my kid loves them. Thank you!

Very long order processing - the order is sent only two or three weeks after you made it and paid for it. Then another two or three weeks for delivery. The customer service takes a very long time to respond - several days. So, by the time your order arrives, another season will have come, or your child's shoe size will be different)

I was quite concerned after reading reviews here (especially because I found it after placing the order), but my experience was positive. I ordered 3 different types of shoes and got 1 for free. The order was delivered in few weeks. Quality is absolutely fine for this price. Models look exactly like on the website.

Great customer service! I bought 2 pairs of shoes which I liked but they turned out to be too small for my boy. When I asked if Toetots could do an exchange, they shared that they couldn't but instead offered free replacement service, and just needed me to pay for international shipping which was very fair! They even allowed me to purchase shoes in different styles as they understood that the original design may not have fit my son. Really awesome customer service and help!! I've since received the replacement shoes and like them very much as well :)
