This shoes are great for my son. His feet are wide and this shoes are super comfortable. The whole service is great.

I recently purchased baby shoes from this shop and I’m pleased with my experience! The quality of the shoes is excellent —soft, comfortable, and supportive for little feet. The designs are adorable. I also appreciated the great customer service; the staff was patient cooperative and understanding. Delivery was a bit slower than expected, but everything arrived safely, the packaging was very cute .I will be coming back for more pairs as my baby grows. I recommend this shop to all parents! 👶

Very disappointed. It looks like it has a fancy store front, but the products look and feel very cheap, they did not even bother changing the gibberish on the shoes. It is clear that all the shoes are of different brands (I bought a few pairs) and they are exactly like what you can get on Chinese website for 1/10 the price.

I don't even know where to start with this company! My order was confirmed but never sent until I managed to speak to their customer service which in itself is a real challenge. They do not answer emails, web forms from their website or Instagram messages. In a last attempt to reach them I tried messenger, that was my luck. They supposedly sent my parcel with priority shipping with a commercial gesture for the massive delay and the fact that one of the shoes I ordered was then out of stock. The parcel finally arrived but not as a priority, a regular shipping and one pair of shoes is missing (commercial gesture one). They are a disaster, their shoes might be cute but are not worth the pain of having to deal with them. Never ever again I will order anything from them!!!

I bought shoes in Size 22 from ToeTots (US) and had them shipped to Australia. Firstly, the shoes are gorgeous. Secondly, I found that ToeTots sneaker shoes that were meant to be a Size 22 were in fact a full size smaller then they were meant to be and more like a Size 21, and a pair of sandals were Size 21 but they were really a Size 22. I would love to have other parents know they should size up. But the delivery was very fast for international shipping, and very good quality.

Amazing customer service, my boy loves all the shoes, and we have bought many pairs. Good for his feet, not pricey - all you will ever need.

I ordered the wrong size, instead of making me deal with mail and exchange they charged me a very reasonable 6$ shipping fee to send me the proper size. I was able to pass the unused pair on and the correct size arrived and was a perfect fit. Customer service in dealing with the return process was prompt and polite.

I liked everything about the company - from the website/navigation to the actual shoes that arrived. They are so cute. One pair didn’t fit, and they offered to send a new pair in the right size at no cost to me! How nice.

I had a slight problem and they went out of their way to fix the problem. I am very happy with the outcome and will continue to order from them.

The delivery is very smooth and fast to arrive in Singapore 🇸🇬. The online experience was great and easy to use. Will be back for next purchase.

I am unfortunately having the same experience as others have written. Ordered shoes, haven't received a confirmation email or any corrospondance after sending 3 emails. Next time, I will make sure to research first. Lesson unfortunately learned.

These little shoes are just perfect! I bought two pairs and absolutely love them. The colors are so vibrant and adorable, and the soles are super soft yet supportive. They’re very easy to put on, which makes getting ready so much quicker. Every time my baby wears them out, we get so many compliments. Definitely a must-have!

TERRIBLE!! Customers BEWARE. Completely deceitful company simply rebranding temu spec shoes. Had to chase my order then requested a refund after weeks of waiting. Then they ignored my request and dispatched the shoes. When they finally arrived two pairs didn’t even have the Chinese in house branding removed AND one pair had some weird squeaking mechanism in them. Complete waste of money. Straight in the bin.

Never got my package. They said they send out a replacement package within 3 days! It’s been 11 days now and not only did they not send one out they are ignoring my attempts at reaching out. My son gonna out grow the shoes by time we ever hear from them I swear. Terrible business.

I've ordered 2 sets of baby shoes on 12th Sept.2025. Till now I have not received any confirmation email and information pertaining to my purchased. Although I've made my payment. As stated they will sent customer confirmation via email.
So I'm curious and getting worried whether this is a reliable sellers or not. Especially after reading some of the bad reviews.

Huge fail on my side, letting my impules go and giving in to the aggressive instagram ads.
Received the package on time, no missing items, but was very disappointed to learn that it is just poor rebranding. Even the tags on the product don’t say ToeTots, but some cheap Chinese (“Korean”) brand. No returns of course. You can probably find the same poor quality shoes on Temu for quarter of the price… It was a rather expensive lesson for me, I hope others don’t make the same mistake.

Customer Service was fast, polite, and helpful. The shoes arrived in perfect condition and look very cute.

No track number and they not answer my emails and after I paid by 20 days they send me emails we delivered u package and nothing delivered

When I see the shoes I ordered for my baby, I was amazed at the quality of the shoes. I really Love them. It was worth the money and wait time. It's really a nice design and a good quality shoe for toddlers. I highly recommend them. The shoes I ordered are size 6T but it's a little bit small for my baby's feet. My baby is 16 months old, her feet are kinda big for her age. I contacted the company to exchange the product I purchased. They are very helpful and responsive. They processed it immediately. I exchanged the shoes for the bigger size 8T. I highly recommend their shoes. It's a good design and very good quality. Before you purchase you really have to measure the size of the feet of your baby before buying, don't based the size of your kids to their age, because there are some feet that are bigger like my daughter. And add extra space for them to grow. I recommend ordering 1.5 over their normal size.
