Ordine arrivato dopo un mese dal pagamento, nonostante i numerosi solleciti. In ultimo problemi anche con il corriere BRT che dichiarava di aver consegnato il pacco che invece non era stato depositato. Esperienza pessima.

I bought a Apple Watch séries 3 for my mum for christmas from Toby deals, the price was ok and it came within about 10 days (all good so far). Unfortunately my sister also bought my mum an Apple Watch so decided to return the one I bought. I emailed Toby deals support team to get them with the return and they advised me to fill in an RMA form a bed provided a link. Here you have to fill in details of the product you bought order number etc and you have to enter the return address (Trifecta Master Return Unit 2001,
20/F, Mong Kok Commercial Centre,
16 Argyle Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong) on their website it says you have to enter the address exactly as it’s stated otherwise they won’t accept any liability if lost however on the RMA form there is postcode/zip section which has to be filled in to complete the form. The address Toby deals give you doesn’t include a zip or postcode. I have emailed their support team twice to get help with the address and I’ve had no reply. They advertise they offer live chat but this is a lie, you can send them a message and they reply they will email you shortly. 3 days later and still no reply. In my opinion the returns address should be auto-populated but I’m guessing they don’t do this so that you don’t return the product. Anyway I’m stuck with something I can’t return, reading about the horror stories from many others (no product received, no refund, lost return etc and there are many) My only advice is only buy if you are 100% sure that you won’t need or want to return the product you bought. I WONT EVER BUY FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY EVER AGAIN

Ordered a pair of Sony WF-1000XM3 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones on 28th December, following our Brexit deal. Received them on 20th January, delivered by FedEx, followed tracking on the FedEx website. Saved £23 compared to cheapest UK shop so very pleased overall.

I ordered a OnePlus Nord due to the absolute fantastic pricing available on TobyDeals which worked out £100 cheaper. I saw the delivery quoted at 5-7 days and checked out the review average of 3.9 out of 5 and decided to go for it.

5 weeks later I have just received my money back from Paypal. I first asked TobyDeals to have a look around 2 weeks in, to which they replied I needed to give them time to update trackig information. I asked them again at week 3 with no response. At week 4 I opened a dispute and received an email yesterday on week 5 saying I had won and it was closed in my favour.

I have had an email from TobyDeals now saying they will chase it up but to be honest I would rather pay the extra and have the security of buying through a reputable retailer.

Being in the UK and buying an international phone means you have no warranty, it means you may have to flash the ROM yourself, it means that you have no buying protection (save the protections of PayPal and Credit cards) and it also means that if anything goes wrong or missing you have to hope TobyDeals do the right thing and get you a new one because the courier companies will not do this for you as TobyDeals is their customer, not you yourself.

Please don't rush in and have weeks of stress like I did. Either buy it from a reputable source for more, or buy something lower budget that can fit your needs. the old saying 'if it seems to good to be true' rings true in massive ways here.

I ordered a Apple Watch over a month ago and still has not arrived and I have had no communication back and keep chasing!!

I ordered a Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 from Toby Deals UK on 14 Nov 2020, thrilled with the price I found with them. Nine days later they sent an email saying it was being packed up and would soon be on its way. Two days later they emailed it was with the courier.

Here's where the trouble started. I waited a week, checking the courier's www site with the tracking number TobyDeals provided, but it was never updated. So I started emailing TobyDeals and the courier. The courier responded immediately, saying they did not have it yet, that they would contact the company on my behalf, and recommending I did the same. Apparently TobyDeals generated the tracking slip but the package hadn't left the warehouse as they had claimed.

After these emails, I heard back from TobyDeals, and coincidentally (?), my package not only started moving, but it arrived within a few days. I was relieved as it was a large expenditure.

I realize there are delays due to Covid-19. But their erroneous claim that it had left their warehouse caused me a week of worry. I might order from them again, but with the expectation that I will have to wait a long time for my order to arrive (nearly a month in my case).

Bought a webcam as needed one for Zoom etc. Prices shot up everywhere but TobyDeals was competitive.

Item arrived as described within a couple of weeks, nothing much more to say. Communication throughout and was given a tracking number too.

Received a iPhone 11 with scratch across the screen, they stated that under their t&c’s this was not covered ? That sent us faulty goods and point blank refuse to do anything about it.... criminals DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....

Easy to order, order arrived on time. Box seal broken but decided to keep as contents seemed brad new, phone reconditioned?. This is my second purchase from TobyDeals but I will be much more sceptical next time. Rather disappointed with phone Samsung galaxy 10 note lite. For a 4500awh battery it drains pretty quickly, much faster than my old LG stylo 3. With moderate use needs definitely charge every day even twice a day to keep up. I don't understand why stylus at the bottom, almost lost it already within a week. Screen too bright cause of battery drain? Pretty fast through apps but too many unnecessary ones from Samsung which are not able to erase may have to disable completely not to drain battery. Still early days may grow on me but initial impression rather disappointing.

It’s a hit or miss. I brought a Apple Watch on Black Friday and it took over 3 weeks to arrive. I wasn’t aware that it was from Hong Kong so it will take awhile. It did arrive in time for Christmas and I was very happy. I saved a lot of money. I’ve heard bad reviews but you just have to wait

BEWARE - tobydeals did neither respond or deliver the item within the stated delivery time or indeed at any time after that. In the end I went to Paypal who refunded me within 24 hours, As the resolution process was tobydeals chance to say 'no, we're sorry, your items is on its way.' They didn't do this. I don't think they ever had the goods, their business model seems to be get your money, hang onto it and hand back when you complain. VERY tempting to cave in and use them - I was down to save £120 on a camera - but really not worth the heartache, worth paying more to get from a legit company. SCAMMERS? Most probably.

My third order in as many years from TobyDeals. Samsung Note 10 lite, ordered on New Years Day (Friday) and recieved the following Friday. Pretty impressive in my book, especially when considering Bank holidays & Brexit. A very competitive price and as described, I would highly recommend. The improved order update and tracking emails are a welcome change. Just bear in mind you are not buying UK stock, if that is important to you.

If you are not too concerned with a quick delivery Toby Deals is an option. My Samsung Galaxy A21s came from Hong Kong and took 3 weeks (albeit over the Christmas holidays). The tracking information kept me informed and the phone price was good.

I bought my wife a DJI Pocket 2 camcorder via Tobydeals.co.uk. The advertisement clearly told the specification and connectivity of the device and after ordering the item it arrived within 3 days.

We opened the packaging and followed the enclosed instructions by downloading the app and charging the device.

It soon became apparent however that this unit was designed and made for an old style iphone. This seemed odd to me as this device was launched only recently and well after the old iphone connector. No option for phone type was on the advertisement and it clearly stated it worked with Android phones. But it didn't so i requested a refund.

I have been told by Tobydeals that as I opened it they will not offer a refund and if I still wanted to return it
I would have to send it to Hong Kong even though clearly it had not come from there. A total rip off!

I am disgusted by this website. I ordered on 21st of October and they just got to me last week saying that I need to pay again. Foolish me I did and now they have over £2000 of my money. Just avoid like the plague.

I orderd an Apple MacBook Air (2020) 13-inch Intel Core i3 8GB 256GB TL2 - Gold (US Keyboard) from Tobydeals.co.uk for £749 with free P&P & 1.8% money back with topcashback as it was going to save me £75 from currys (but unavailable for collection but the website said collection was available) and £125 from the next retailer that could post this particular model. Initially i didn't realise the items come from Hong-Kong, and became very worried that i might have been scammed especially after reading lots of the reviews. But honestly i have no complaints apart with the tracking facility could provide more detailed on the items location. It arrived today genuine product extremely well packed and arrived within 10days of the order date which is amazing considering the current environment around Covid-19. I can't speak for others but my experience has been very very good. Thank you TobyDeals.com

I ordered an ipad in November 2020 and having not heard anything from the company I emailed on the 5th December 2020 asking when the ipad would be dispatched, I eventually got a response on 5th January 2021 stating there was an issue and hopefully the ipad should arrive within the next 3-5 working days. I replied requesting that the order is cancelled as this was a Christmas present and I got a response on the 12th saying the order had been cancelled and I should be refunded within 3-5 working days. Time will tell.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered phone 27/12 they said the phone had been shipped but they were waiting for tracking details waited another couple of days still didn't receive anything so emailed again had no response, I bought the phone through PayPal so started a claim and now just had a full refund with no explanation.

Despite adverse reviews about this company I have to review as I’ve found my experience to be. I ordered the mobile phone which I was unable to purchase anywhere including Amazon for a bargain price before Christmas 2020 given the holiday period and as I later realised the company is based in Hong Kong a time of 17 days was not an unreasonable waiting time. The company kept me informed at each stage. When the phone arrived it was well packaged and in pristine condition.
