Communication slow and confusing. Use other recycling companies

After being sold faulty equipment they where very poor in communication and once returned they refused to give me a full refund leaving out of pocket and held onto my money for weeks before finally giving me a partial refund......stay clear poor goods poor customer service and left feeling ripped off when im out of pocket because they sell poor quality refurbs

Can't comment yet as I've purchased an iPad from Gadgets Recycled and it should be delivered today - if Posties are working!! I'll let you know when it arrives and what service & product was like. Susie

They don’t send you what was promised on their website. And when you call them, they still don’t honour the full order. I wouldn’t trust them at all and will never purchase off them again.

Recently purchased a refurbished iPhone, which unfortunately ran into a couple of issues, which can always happen, but they went above and beyond to sort the problem out,

Very simple, and price quoted was the price paid. The process was very "user friendly", and everything worked the way it said it would on the website. Had previously gone with a bigger provider only to be let down on the price quoted.

Really impressed! Best rates by some way and less than 48 hrs between applying for a quote and the payment arriving in my bank account. The whole process was fast and straightforward and I loved the fact that I was contacted by a personal case handler. It makes such a change to have a human at the other end of the email rather than an anonymous automated process! Highly recommend.

Really glad to have found Gadgets Recycled - not only did they offer me the best price for my 'gadget' but the service was fantastic. Things didn't go entirely smoothly (down to me forgetting to add some info when I sent my order) but communication from the team was great and they resolved problems quickly.

Amazing quick service. Very easy to process the phone order online for selling to them.

A free post return label and bag arrived in the post a couple days later.

They then received the phone Monday and by Wednesday AM, I had the payment from them in my bank account.
