The Title Split Mastermind was a great 3 days amongst serious property professionals. The quality & delivery of the content was top notch and I would highly recommend. The course is so much more than simply 'title splitting' and covers the structure of many business models.

Excellent content covering a unique approach to property development. A positive learning environment and very authentic company - it feels like they're on your side and want their clients to do well. You get a lot for your money and their communication has been been really fast.
The back up and extras: online support, member site, one to one and free meeting looks fantastic.
I just added the following because they are such a good company. I know they'll view it in a positive way. It's sent with a positive intention.
There is so much content to cover in 3 days so maybe more time available: 4 days or the opportunity to pre learn and have access to modules beforehand. The post learning access is amazing.
Good that we had the chance to run through some member's examples and see some of the properties the company did. Would like more detailed examples of properties completed by Title Split co: process, cost and profit. They thought about this and it will be covered at free 2 day event .
In order to deepen learning and aid retention of the huge amount of content it would be good to work on actual examples during the masterclass. Maybe even a gentle quiz to make us focus.
Larger text in the handbook please and less acronyms little brain capacity left to try and decode acronyms.
Really enjoyed the three days and feel very motivated by such positive and knowledgeable people.
Gorgeous food and venue too..
I'd love to do it all again and am looking forward to the deals meetings.

This is not for beginners!!
However, we were at different stages in our property careers and we were able to learn from one another as well as from Rachel and Adrian.
The teaching was practical and delivered with good humour, in addition to the huge amount of theoretical content. It has left me feeling more empowered and confident to move forward with my projects. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

excellent presenters who really know their subject. every question was answered politely and succinctly. the students were challenging in their questions and after 3 days of intense training and interaction many friendships , both personal and professional had been made. not sure how company could improve. the knowledge within the company is widespread, and was seriously tested, due to an unforeseen circumstance, with no negative impact. a great training
