I was having a rather difficult time figuring out how to install a custom modpack to my server. I connected to the Discord and Mayed helped me. He helped me understand why, what needed to be done, and even did it for me. So long as you trust the process and give it time, you'll be taken care of.

I have been using Titannodes for around 2 years. It has some of the cheapest pricing out there and often runs discounts. Despite the low cost, the experience and customer service is still pretty decent. Great bang for your buck.

Incredible servers at a great price, but the support can take upwards of 48-72 hours for an initial response and there are periods where the node drops for days. Great server choice for the price, just don't expect quick assistance if anything goes wrong.

The owner was very helpful and prompt in getting back to me. Almost immediately responding to my ticket and making the necessary adjustments to fix the problem.

The best hosting that I used, I went trough a lot of hostings but this one is the only one which can be at 20 tps all of the time and with fast connections, absolutely recommended it!

A few reasons I like Titan Nodes is the prices they offer you and different plans that you can choose from. I have been using Titan Nodes services for the past few months and had barely any issues with the services. However, my only issue I came across most of the time was with the customer support, it felt slow, and it was taking too long for certain issues to be fixed.

Overall, I would recommend Titan Nodes because of their prices and different plans that you can select from, but their customer support do need some improvement.

Titan nodes has been one of the nicer host I have used as of the last year. The cost is relatively low for the service you can have and the servers run well. It's a little non-user friendly with setup as most of the tutorials are not very complete, but with time the payoff of figuring out the system is very nice. As far as customer support is concerned I have only used it once and it was very helpful. The problem was fixed within about half an hour. Though I will mention that from what I have read and seen, customer support is not always the quickest to respond so it would be a good idea to not always rely on it. Overall the service is really good once you get used to it, though I wish the tutorials for the site were a bit more in depth and covered more topic when setting up a server.

I have just ordered a Minecraft diamond-block plan from Titan nodes and I would say that it was up in about an hour and that included a web hosting setup. I especially liked this host since that I have heard much good about them from some of my friends. The best part was that I got it when they had a 25% off lifetime so I ended up paying less than my previous hosting provider. And last but not at least they have a great support team that respond extremely quickly and the CEO isn't afraid of helping the customers.

I've been taking care of minecraft servers for 3 years and I'm from Brazil, I've been to many expensive companies that lie about their plans, processors and other things this has happened to other American companies, but when I found Titannodes I was surprised by the prices and discounts but decide to give it a try and I don't regret it, my server is stable more than ever using the same settings where there was no instability in other companies not to mention the support that helped me when I needed it I will certainly not leave here anytime soon and recommend to everyone who wants to have a server with no hardware problems.
