I was using titannodes on and off for over 1 year now, mainly using it to run large modpacks with 4-10 friends with a total of 6 different Minecraft worlds and modpacks. I have had a handful of complaints and will list them off as a warning to people who want to look into this hosting site.
The Customer Support:
Titannodes would be a ok hosting service if the customer support was better. You need to go to the discord to get fast support. But you then learn that you need to have the client role to send in a support ticket, which is completely understandable if it did not take weeks for one to get that role in the first place. One could try and message the support team if they need help but soon will realize the only person who has access to supporting people is the CEO. This causes a backlog of tickets. The CEO can be helpful at times but can also act as immature. At the time is writing the CEO has not been in contact with anyone who needs support for almost a day, and multiple ends of the service is breaking. At the moment I am, along with some other people from the discord, are waiting for refunds. Being away from the company would be fine if there was a notice or other people are put in charge, but the Titan node server has been left with nothing.
The Cold Truth of Refunds:
I was looking through the policy of their refunds to make sure we could get a refund. It has been less than 24 hours when we put in a refund but I wanted to make sure. I then read the following that I wanted to share in this review:
"We understand, sometimes the service isn't for you, or maybe it is not working. Therefore, we offer refunds and cancellations in the following conditions.
(a) Shared hosting services such as Minecraft Hosting include a 24-hour timeframe whereby refunds can be provided when valid reasons are provided: compelling reasons can be found in the client billing portal. However, you will not be offered a refund even before/after twenty-four-hours (24-hours) if, ....
3. You do not receive customer support."
That caused red alarms in my head. Titannodes already has a slow customer service, one of the slowest I have seen, and yet if you do not receive customer support, you cannot get a refund.
Performance When Playing (MODDED):
For reference, the exact server experience I will be talking about was using the large modpack Dungeons, Dragons and Space Shuttles. But this issue coexisted throughout all modpacks we have played. We have always bought higher-end servers with 12GB or 16 GB but still experienced lag. I went to support and figured out that you do not get all the GBs of ram you bought, but only if you need it is it added to your usage. Yet when we played on the server we only got 8 GB and still the server would be lagging to the point of unplayability. The server was not getting any more ram than 8GBs yet being 16GBs and needing more than that 8GBs. Keep that in mind when you buy from this host.
Pending Servers:
When hosting from this website be prepared to wait a bit to be able to play on the Minecraft world, as it can take hours or days for pending to go through. Only once we have had a quick experience out of the six different times with this service provider. So keep that in mind.
The Verdict:
Titannodes is at best when you do not need to contact customer support, as it is held up by one person. Yet the best is not that great compared to other hosting sites. I would only use this site if you already know what you are doing and do not need contact with the support. Hopefully one day the CEO will change things around to make it better for the customers, but at the current state it is in, I do not recommend this service.

Extremely unprofessional. I tried to purchase a server to use for myself and some friends and when I went to make my purchase, the billing page makes me create an account while you enter your card info, and when I went to do that it charged my credit card but reset the account info, so I lost the cost of the server but didnt get an account, reciet, or server.
After finally creating an account and openning a support ticket (the only way to get customer support), the CEO and owner got back in touch with me and was sarcastic and skeptical that I had encountered this problem. After he could eventually verify that he had charged my card, he told me it would take 5 days to get my refund. No offer for a trial while I wait for my money, just stopped responding.
Mayed, the CEO is incredibly immature and will argue with you sometimes if you need support, he is the only one handling support tickets. If you get on his bad side, he just might delete your account and ban you from the discord, as that's what he did with me when I expressed how I wasn't satisfied with losing my money for a week and how i wasn't placated by his lazy apology. I wouldn't trust this guy with my money or my server. You just might end up with the CEO holding your cash for you and with no server. I'm still waiting for my refund. Wish I could rate 0/5 👎
Edit: This is an edit I'm adding to let anyone reading know that Mayed, the CEO reported this comment for being fake. Fortunately the mods at TrustPilot reached out for my proof of transaction, and now they've verified my experience. Mayed is manipulating the comments here by reporting bad reviews, to give himself a better rating.
Edit 2: What you're doing is suppressing valid reviews because your fragile ego cant handle the criticism, and I'm guessing also to fraudulently boost your rating. It's not unreasonable to be assertive about getting my refund back considering just how many other people have also experienced your attitude. Right off the bat, your service takes my money with no product, its not unreasonable to be upset, after you responded I apologized for being hasty and rude, and then you proceeded to undermine my claim by insiting i hadnt made the charge, after you realized your mistake you got passive agressive and told me I "needed to be patient" after I had simply asked how long it would take. The only reason the other charges were declined was because -you took my money.- I had put only enough for the cost of the server in my account so, if I had anymore you would have triple charged me! You even sent me a screenshot where it said the initial charge was successful, and in the same email accused me of failing all three charges, which seems like you're again trying to undermine the claim. You are lying and you are providing a decent service supposedly but the customer service you provide is just offensive. Just own up to this man, how many people have to tell you that for you to under stand that -if you smell crap every where you go, you should check the bottom of your shoe!-

Been using their services for over a year now, and I have had only good experiences. I've had no issue using their servers, and any issue I've ever brought to them has been dealt with efficiently and quickly. Anything that will take more time is communicated up front and clearly.
We absolutely love Titan Nodes! We switched our server over 5 months ago from another host that we had many problems with and do not regret it! Titan Nodes gives so much MORE than other hosts and for a lower price! We have had NO major issues at all and always receive fast and helpful support, even for minor questions. No complaints!

I've used them for nearly half a year now, and I reccomend them to all my friends. They're the best and cheapest server hosting for minecraft on the market; with high end specs on even their low ram models. The customer support is fantastic, usually handled by the CEO himself, and is very quick for how massive they are.
Anytime I've had an issue, or a request, they've always gotten back to me and resolved the issue within a week, no matter how complicated or time consuming it was. I plan to use them for quite a long time.
When it comes to Titan Node, I have many mixed feelings regarding it.
On the bad side, although I think the CEO, Mayed, means the best for his customers. He can sometimes come across as rude and very unprofessional at moments. If you get on his bad side, be ready for long waits and sassy attitudes. One thing I'd like to note now is that Mayed seems to be the ONLY staff that answers tickets. There isn't any other staff members currently employed there. So the support system is very questionable.
On the good side, performance and hardware are surely there. Their panel is clean and very maintained along with strong guides to help new players get easily accustomed to it.
I wish Titan Node the best of luck in their future endeavors, it just wasn't for me.

Mayed, regardless of my support times. I am taking into account the current rate at which TitanNode operates. There isn't any other staff aside from you. Although you claim I 'pinged' staff, it was a mistake made 7 months ago when I MAY have pinged a staff member twice. However, I was a paying customer I deserve at least some respect and assistance when I ask for it.
You didn't give me a solution? You stated what the problem was after I made a ticket that I waited over a week for. The only reason I reached out on discord was that my ticket got closed after a reply I made an hour after creating to update some of my findings. Not to bump the ticket as you claimed. I asked for assistance with it and you simply 'shrugged' it off. Maybe a bit more effort should've been placed.
I reported my findings of your business and this is what it was. The lack of staff is important and something that should be highlighted. Your attitude and unprofessionalism should be highlighted too. Your discord server is flooded with it.

Despite the bad reviews about the support being long (Due to COVID) and the CEO acting somewhat unprofessional on rare occasions regarding complaints, etc, TitanNodes is a very good Minecraft and Web hosting provider, and the cost for what you get is superb. Plans that are 6GB and up for Minecraft contain bonuses such as free cPanel hosting, a dedicated IP, making it worth it compared to other hosts, which have worse performance and/or are much more expensive.
Definitely recommend, though note that due to COVID-19, the support time currently isn't... great, but tickets do get answered nonetheless.
Titan Nodes has been BY FAR the best host I've ever used, and I've been hosting Minecraft servers for 8 years.
I've never had any major issues, and any questions I've asked support have been answered and resolved very quickly.
The servers are very quick, we've never experienced any lag that wasn't caused by a specific MC build.
You absolutely cannot beat their price/performance ratio, Titan Nodes is the best around. I promise you can't go wrong with them.
Mayed, the CEO, is active in Discord, always talking with the community which is actually a very welcome surprise. I've never seen a CEO so active with their community.
A solid 10/10 for me, and I wouldn't switch to another host even if there was a cheaper option.
I would say the service itself is pretty good with no real problem with the servers. However, the slower support and okay prices slightly bring down the service that this company provides. If you have no problem with having slow support and paying a bit more than other server hosters, then Titan Nodes may be something you want to consider.

i was going back and forth on what server hosts to use. i tried 4 different ones. the one that sold me and stood out of the rest, was titan nodes. with their many server locations to fit anyone’s needs, their fast hardware, the clean looking prism panel, the support when i was having issues, it’s the best host i have used so far. not to forget, that it is ridiculously cheap compared to other hosts. (competition asks for $10 for 2gb of ram, titan nodes offers 6gb for $11.40) the ceo is also hilarious, and is very helpful. he is cooperative and understanding as long as you are. i would pick this host over any other host. 5/5.

Excellent Server hosting services! The prices are very affordable, I was kind of taken aback by the cheap cost of a 3 gigabyte server. Unlike other server hosting sites, TitanNodes doesn't want you to pay for extra cores on your server . I bought a server and got it set up in less than 5 minutes, immediately allocated to a server with high-end hardware. The CEO of the company is always there to answer anyone's questions and to talk in general. 5/5 will recommend.

Where to begin...
When the server is up and running, it's generally fine. Decent speeds, no lag, great price for the hardware.
However, support is truly abysmal. I understand it's a small team, but over 24 hours for a ticket about an entire server node being down? THREE TIMES? Ridiculous. Then we get to the discord server and how you are supposed to claim a "client role" if you want any support in the Discord. Well, sounds great! Except you the claim doesn't work fairly often and then you're again at the mercy of the small support staff to hopefully get seen stating that you need a client role in order to even post a ticket on the Discord.
Look elsewhere if you want a stable experience AND good support.

I personally don't find 2 days turnaround reasonable. This is subjective. When you also try to force clients into submission in the discord, it really doesn't help. I will revisit this review pending better customer support in the future.
